نحوه دستيابي به حمل و نقل پايدار در محدوده آبرسان شهر تبريز با استراتژي A-S-I، روش دلفي و فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي(AHP)

Sustainable Transportation and The Way to Achieve It in Tabriz Abresan Intersection with A-S- I Strategy, Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)

در مقاله حاضر به بررسي نحوه دستيابي به حمل و نقل پايدار در آبرسان كه يكي از گره‌هاي اصلي شهر تبريز مي‌باشد، به كمك استراتژي A-S-I پرداخته شده است. تحقيق حاضر را مي‌توان بر اساس هدف، كاربردي و از نظر تجزيه و تحليل آمار و اطلاعات، جزو تحقيقات توصيفي به شمار آورد. بر اساس معيارهاي حمل و نقل پايدار و استراتژي A-S-I دو گزينه در راستاي ساماندهي محدوده ارائه شده كه به روش دلفي در بوته آزمايش متخصصين حوزه حمل و نقل و ترافيك قرار گرفت و پاسخ‌هاي به دست آمده به كمك فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي (AHP) تحليل شدند. بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده گزينه دوم، گزينه ارجح انتخاب شد. همچنين از ديگر نتايج به دست آمده در اين مقاله مي‌توان به اهميت بالاي حمل و نقل غير موتوري و ضرورت ارتقا‌ء حمل و نقل عمومي براي نيل به حمل و نقل پايدار در آبرسان اشاره كرد. اين مباحث تحت عنوان استراتژي اجتناب (A) كه درواقع به معناي بهبود كارآيي سيستم حمل و نقل مي‌باشد مطرح شده است.

In this article, we discuss how to achieve sustainable transportation at the abresan intersection, one of the main nodes in city of Tabriz with A-S-I strategy. The method of research is based on practical studies, and the data will be analyzed as a descriptive investigation. Based on the criteria of sustainable transportation and A-S-I Strategy, two alternatives were provided to organize the site That they has been examined by specialists with Delphi method and analyzed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique. According to the results, the second Alternative, the preferred option was choosed... Also the other results that can be concluding in this article is the importance of non-motorized transport and increasing the usage of public transportation to achieve sustainable transportation in Abresan. These theories are considered as avoidance strategy (A) which is actually means improving the efficiency of the transportation system.
