چكيده فارسي :
شهر آشوب نام يكي از انواع شعر فارسي است كه در آن سراينده به توصيف و مدح يا ذم اهل شهر و پيشه وران و ارباب مشاغل و اصناف گونا گون موجود در آن مي پردازد. اين گونه شعري، افزون بر ارزش هنري و ادبي عام آن، از چشم انداز جامعه شناسي تاريخي و وقوف بر لغات و اصطلاحات پيشه ها و صنعت هاي رايج در ادوار دور و فنون گونا گوني كه در قديم شايع بوده و همچنين شناخت مواد و ابزارهاي مورد استفاده در حرف و صنايع مختلف، بسيار سودبخش است. مثنوي شهر آشوب وحيد قزويني مانند همه شهر آشوب ها و از جهاتي بيش از بسياري از ديگر شهرآشوب ها، به كار مطالعه در تاريخ مشاغل و اصناف و بسياري از ديگر مدنيات ايران كهن مي آيد. اين كتاب اخيرا به كوشش رسول جعفريان در قالب چاپ حروفي از سوي نشر مورخ در سال 1398 به زيور طبع آراسته شده است. نويسنده در نوشتار حاضر با اشاره به يكي از اصناف مذكور در شهرآشوب وحيد قزويني يعني تفنگ ساز، كندوكاوي در ضبط كلمه تفك و تفنگ در كتاب مذكور دارد. وي خوانش حدسي تفك را بر تفنگ ضبط كرده رسول جعفريان رجحان مي نهد. نويسنده در ادامه، من باب نقد، معاني درست برخي واژه هاي ديگر متن را متذكر مي شود.

Shahr-Ᾱshūb is one type of the Persian poems in which poet describes and praises, or dispraises the townspeople, the craftsman, and different kinds of profession in the city. This kind of poem, in addition to its general artistic and literal values, is very beneficial from the perspective of historical sociology, the introduction of the words and terminology of the common crafts and industry in past eras, various techniques that were prevalent in that time, and also recognition of the materials and tools used in various professions and industries. Vahid Qazvini’s Shahr- Ᾱshūb , like all the other ones and from some aspects more than many of them, is useful for knowing about the history of jobs and guilds, as well as many other civil issues of ancient Iran. Through Rasool Ja’faryiān’s efforts, this book has recently been published with letter printing by Movarekh publishing house in 2019. The author in the present article, refering to one of the guilds mentioned
in Qazvini’s Shahr-ashub, gun maker, studies the recording of the word ‘tofak’ and ‘tofang’ in this book. He prefers the reading “tofak” to Jafarian’s record “Tofang”. The author continues his study with a critical look and mentions the
correct meanings of some other words in the text.
