موانع ومحدوديت هاي مداخله موثر كاركنان كلانتري در بر خورد باجرايم مشهود(موردمطالعه سركلانتري يازدهم فاتب)

زمينه وهدف:يكي از وظايف اصلي پليس در تمامي جوامع بشري برخورد قانوني با جرايم مشهود است كه هنگام وقوع درسطع جامعه پليس موظف است از ارتكاب و تداوم و تكرار آن جلوگيري نمايد،وضرورت اين تحقيق با توجه به كاهش برخورد قاطع با هنجارشكنان در جرايم مشهود و عدم نارضايتي مردم و شهروندان از پليس در برخورد با جرايم مربوطه و جلوگيري از آسيب كاركنان كلانتري ها ، كه محقق به اين موضوع پرداخته است روش شناسي: اين تحقيق ازلحاظ نوع توصيفي–تحليلي روش اصلي تحقيق پيمايشي و شيوه گرد آوري آن بررسي اسنادي و كتابخانه اي و پرسشنامه اي مي باشد.جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل240 نفرازكليه كاركنان حوزه پيشگيري از جمله سركلانتران ، روسا و معاونين كلانتري هاي سركلانتري يازدهم شامل كلانتريهاي(104عباس آباد،106نامجو،128تهران نو،210 ترمينال شرق ) مورد بررسي قرار گرفت.با توجه به محدود بودن حجم جامعه آماري تمامي افراد جامعه را تك تك مورد بررسي وآزمون قرار داده ايم. يافته ها:براي سنجش متغيّرهاي تحقيق، از پرسشنامه مداخله موثركاركنان كلانتري ها در برخورد با جرايم مشهود هر كدام شامل16 گويه مطابق طيف 5 گزينه­اي ليكرت استفاده شده است. براي بررسي رابطه ميان متغيرهاي تحقيق از آزمون‌ همبستگي اسپرمن و آزمون هاي علامت و كروسكال-واليس به منظور روشن شدن وضعيت تفاوت (سطح معني داري) مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار مي گيرد. نتايج تحقيق:تاثير موانع و محدوديت هاي محيطي مداخله موثر كاركنان نسبت به مولفه موانع و محدوديت هاي فردي مداخله موثر كاركنان در شاخص موانع و محدوديت هاي مداخله موثر كاركنان كلانتري ها در برخورد با جرايم مشهود بيشتر مي باشد.

Background and Objectives:One of the main duties of the police in all human societies is to deal with the evident crimes that, when occurring at the level of the police community,is obliged to prevent its continuation and repetition, the necessity of this research is due to the reduction of decisive clashes with the norms in the evident crimes an‎d the lack of dissatisfaction of citizens and citizens with the police in dealing with the relevant crimes and preventing the damage to the staff of the militia,which the researcher has addressed.Methodology:This research is a descriptive-analytical study of the main method of survey research and its method of collecting documents and library and questionnaires.The statistical population of this study was240employees of all preventive worker groups,including Sarkalanatran,bosses and deputies of the11th Sectoral Clinic Including calendars were investigated.Due to the limited size of the statistical population,all the population of the community were examined and tested individuall Results:In order to measure the variables of the research,an effective interventional questionnaire for the police officers in dealing with evident crimes, each containing 16 items according to the 5Likert option,was used.To nvestigate the relationship between the variables of the research, the Sperman correlation test and sign test and Kruskal-Wallis tests are used to clarify the status of the difference .Effect of barriers and environmental constraints Effective employee intervention on the component of individual barriers and limitations Effective employee intervention in the barriers index and the limitations of effective intervention by police officers in dealing with more evident crimes
