تاثير تيمار متيل جاسمونات بر بهبود برخي از ويژگي هاي رويشي و زايشي پسته رقم احمد آقايي

Effect of methyl jasmonate treatment on improvmentof vegetative and reproductive growth of “Ahmad Aghaie” pistachio

پسته داراي ارزش غذايي بالايي است. امروزه از هورمون ها و عناصر غذايي به منظور بهبود رشد رويشي و زايشي در بسياري از محصولات كشاورزي در دنيا استفاده مي شود. از اين رو در اين تحقيق سعي شده است، تاثير سطوح مختلف متيل جاسمونات (صفر، 100 و 200 ميلي گرم بر ليتر) بر ويژگي هاي رويشي و زايشي پسته رقم احمدآقايي مورد ارزيابي قرار گيرد. بدين ترتيب، محلول پاشي درختان، در دو مرحله خوشه فشرده و اوايل تشكيل ميوه به صورت يك آزمايش اسپليت- فاكتوريل در قالب طرح بلوك هاي كامل تصادفي با 4 تكرار در شرايط مزرعه انجام گرفت و ويژگي هاي زايشي و رويشي درختان تيمار شده مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتايج نشان داد، سطح برگ، شاخص كلروفيل، طول و قطر شاخه سال جاري، عملكرد، خنداني و وزن ميوه درختان تيمار شده در هر دو مرحله نسبت به تيمار شاهد بهبود يافت و تيمار متيل جاسمونات پوكي (41%) و ميوه هاي بد شكل (32%) را كاهش داد. در بين تيمارها، تيمار متيل جاسمونات200 ميلي گرم بر ليتر و در بين مراحل اعمال تيمار، محلول پاشي در مرحله خوشه فشرده، بيشترين تاثير را در بهبود ويژگي هاي رويشي و زايشي داشتند.

Pistachio has high nutritional value. Today, hormones and nutrients are used in order to improve vegetative and reproductive growth of many agricultural products in the world. In this study, the effect of different levels of methyl jasmonate (0, 100 and 200 mg/l) on vegetative and reproductive characteristics of “Ahmad Aghaie” pistachio to be considered. Thus, trees sprayed by treatments in two stages of the tight cluster and initial fruit set, in a split-factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design with 4 replications in field conditions. Then, many of vegetative and productive characteristics such as leaf area, chlorophyll index and current shoot length and diameter, indehiscent shell, fruit weight and yield were improved at both stage and methyl jasmonate decrease blank and misshapen nuts percentage. Generally, the results showed that spraying at both stages increased vegetative and productive characteristics of treated trees compared with control trees and between treatments, methyl jasmonate 200 mg/l had the highest effect on improving vegetative and productive of trees and spraying at tight cluster was effectiveness combined with the primary fruit set stage.
