سنجش ‌رضايت‌مندي مردم از ارائه خدمات امنيتي-سياحتي و شناسايي زمينه‌هاي بهبود و توسعه خدمات آن در شهرهاي ساحلي استان مازندران

Measuring tourists satisfaction with tourism services, Security and identifying the improving and developing fields of the services in coastal cities of Mazandaran province

در اين پژوهش با توجه به اهميت و ضرورت مسئله، هدف از انجام آن سنجش ‌رضايت‌مندي مردم از ارائه خدمات امنيتي- سياحتي و شناسايي زمينه‌هاي بهبود و توسعه خدمات آن در شهرهاي ساحلي استان مازندران است. پژوهش حاضر داراي سه متغير اصلي؛ ‌رضايت‌مندي، خدمات امنيتي و خدمات سياحتي است كه اطلاعات مربوط به اين سه متغير، توسط پرسشنامه‌هاي استاندارد و محقق ساخته، به‌دست آمده است. همچنين جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را كليه گردشگران داخلي و خارجي استان مازندران در سال 1395 تشكيل مي‌دهند كه با استفاده از جدول مورگان، حجم نمونه 384 نفر انتخاب شده و مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرار گرفته است. از طرفي روش پژوهش از نوع توصيفي پيمايشي بوده است كه به سنجش ‌رضايت‌مندي مردم از ارائه خدمات امنيتي-سياحتي و شناسايي زمينه‌هاي بهبود و توسعه خدمات آن در شهرهاي ساحلي استان مازندران مي‌پردازد. براي تجزيه‌وتحليل نيز از آزمون‌هاي t تك نمونه‌اي، رگرسيون خطي و آزمون رتبه‌بندي فريدمن استفاده شده است. با توجه به يافته‌هاي پژوهش، تمامي فرضيه‌ها مورد تأييد قرار گرفته است؛ به عبارتي ‌رضايت‌مندي مردم از خدمات امنيتي در شهرهاي ساحلي استان مازندران در وضعيت مطلوبي بوده و همچنين ‌رضايت‌مندي مردم از خدمات سياحتي در شهرهاي ساحلي استان مازندران نيز مطلوب بوده است.

In this study, considering the importance and urgency of the problem, the purpose of the measure satisfaction and identify areas of improvement of the security services, tourism and service development in the coastal towns of Mazandaran province.This study has three main variables, satisfaction, security services and tourism services. The information on these three variables, by standard questionnaires and self-made, is obtained.The statistical population consists of all domestic and foreign tourists are Mazandaran province in 1395 that their number is unlimited, using Morgan table, 384 samples were selected and analyzed. To measure satisfaction and identify areas of improvement of the security services and the development of tourism in the province's coastal cities. For the analysis of one sample t-tests and linear regression was used.According to the findings, the hypothesis has been approved in other words; people satisfaction of security in the coastal cities of Mazandaran province was in good condition and As well as people satisfaction of tourism in the coastal cities of Mazandaran province is also desirable.
