رابطه به‌كارگيري فناوري اطلاعات بر خلاقيت كاركنان ستاد فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران

The relationship between using information technology and creative staff of Mazandaran Province Police Command

با توجه به جايگاه فناوري اطلاعات در سازمان‌ها از جمله سازمان پليس، اين‌گونه سازمان‌ها نيازمند كاركناني هستند كه بتوانند با به‌كارگيري فناوري‌هاي نوين و دانش‌افزايي سازماني و استفاده از خلاقيت‌هاي فردي مشكلات فرارو را شناسايي و در جهت حل آن تلاش كنند. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال بررسي رابطه به‌كار‌گيري فناوري اطلاعات و خلاقيت كاركنان ستاد فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كاركنان ستاد فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران هستند كه بر اساس فرمول كوكران تعداد 249 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات دو پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته فناوري اطلاعات و پرسش‌نامه استاندارد خلاقيت تورنس بوده كه پس از جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از طريق نرم‌افزار spss16 مورد تجزيه وتحليل قرار گرفت. در اين پژوهش از آزمون‌هاي آماري، ضريب همبستگي و تحليل رگرسيون استفاده شد. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد بين به‌كارگيري فناوري اطلاعات و مؤلفه‌هاي سيالي، ابتكار، بسط و انعطاف‌پذيري رابطه معناداري وجود دارد؛ بنابراين ميتوان در راستاي ايجاد خلاقيت در كاركنان نيروي انتظامي استان مازندران فناوري‌هاي جديدي طراحي و كاركنان را به استفاده از آن ترغيب كرد.

According to the position of IT in organizations including the police, these organizations need workers who can use to deploy new technologies and increasing knowledge of organizational and individual creativity to identify the problems and try to solve it. The present study sought to evaluate the relationship between implementation of information technology and creative staff Mazandaran Province Police Command. The population of the research staff of Mazandaran Province Police Command, which is based on a sample of 249 subjects were selected. The data collection tool was two researcher-made questionnaire information technology and Torrance creativity questionnaire were analyzed after collection. In this study the test spss 16 Data using statistical software, correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used. The findings show there is a significant relationship between useing of information technology and components fluency, originality, flexibility and elaboration. Therefore, in order to create creativity . It can then be creative in creating new technologies designed Mazandaran law enforcement personnel and staff encouraged to use it.
