رابطه بين هوش هيجاني و عملكرد شغلي مأمورين سلاح بدست مطالعه موردي شهرستان بندرعباس

شغل پليس قطعا از شغل هايي است كه تا حد زيادي به تعامل با ديگران مربوط است و از لحاظ نظري اثبات شده است كه هوش هيجاني براي پليس ضروري است؛ وجود هوش هيجاني بالا، مأمورين را در عملكرد بهتر و شكوفا ساختن استعدادهايشان و حل مسأله و تصميم گيري درست در مواقع اضطراري و بحراني نظير درگيري، كمك كرده است. اين پژوهش در مورد رابطه بين هوش هيجاني و عملكرد شغلي مأمورين سلاح بدست در استان هرمزگان انجام گرفته است. در اين پژوهش هم از روش كتابخانه اي و هم از روش ميداني بهره جسته شده است. در اين پژوهش به دلايل امنيتي و حفاظتي و عدم دسترسي به جامعه آماري تحقيق، روش نمونه گيري داوطلبانه انتخاب شده است. در قسمت ميداني براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از نرم افزارهاي SPSS و Excelبهره جسته شده است. در اين پژوهش براي تجزيه و تحليل و آمار استنباطي، از آزمون همبستگي پيرسون استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه بين هوش هيجاني و عملكرد شغلي مأمورين سلاح بدست، رابطه مثبت و معناداري برقرار مي باشد.

Policing is an occupation which is highly dependent on maintaining interaction with other community members. Moreover, it is theoretically confirmed that emotional quotient is of utmost significance to police officers. The presence of high levels of emotional quotient enables police officers to exhibit a better performance and flourish their skills, abilities, problem-solving and decision-making in emergency and critical situations. The present study was carried out aiming to examine the relationship between emotional quotient and job performance in armed police officers in Hormozgan Province. The present study made use of both library and field research methods. It should be noted that due to security and intelligence-related issues and unavailability of the research statistical population, the participants were enrolled in the study voluntarily. In the field part of the study, descriptive and inferential statistics were employed for the data analysis section using SPSS and Excel software. Moreover, to analyze the data through inferential statistics, the use was made of Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results of the present study indicated that emotional quotient and police officers' job performance are positively and significantly associated.
