چكيده فارسي :
امنيت يا به تعبير بهتر احساس امنيت از نيازهاي مهم هر فرد در زندگي اجتماعي است. به عبارتي اولين و اساسي ترين نياز انساني هر فرد امنيت و احساس مطلوب ناشي از آن است. انسان مدني براي زندگي در جمع و دستيابي به مراتب بالاي رشد، نيازمند امنيت و آرامش خاطر است، امروزه نقش و اهميت امنيت در پيشرفت هر جامعه اي تا بدان حد است كه آنرا بستر هر گونه توسعه اي مي دانند. در بيان اهميت امنيت در حيات فردي و اجتماعي مردم همين مقدار بس كه در نقل درخواست حضرت ابراهيم (ع) از پروردگارش، خداوند متعال فرموده است: نخستين درخواست او امنيت براي شهر مكه بوده است. امنيت و تامين آن در جامعه ، يكي از شرايط اساسي قانون، قانونگرايي، جامعه مدني و آزادي مي باشد. به عبارت ديگر ، قانون و امنيت، دو روي يك سكه اند كه رابطه ايجابي دارند و بدون وجود يكي، نمي توان انتظار تحقق ديگري را داشت. در فرهنگ اسلام، امنيت از يك مفهوم وسيع و در برگيرنده، متوازن و عميقي برخوردار است كه شامل تمام حوزه هاي زندگي انسان (مادي ومعنوي، فردي و اجتماعي، داخلي و خارجي، سياسي، اقتصادي و اخلاقي) مي شود. امنيت در مفهوم اسلام در سايه تقوا، توكل احترام به حقوق ديگران، اجراي قسط و عدالت، برابري و برادري، دفاع و حمايت از مظلوم و محروم، برخوردار با مفسد و مجرم، دفع فقر و مسكنت، تامين معيشت و رفاه، حفظ آزادي هاي مشروع مردم و حاكميت معيارهاي انساني و الهي امكان پذير است. از اين‌رو در مقاله حاضر تلاش درايم تا مفهوم امنيت را در بعد فلسفه اسلامي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار دهيم.

Security or, in a better sense, the sense of security is one of the important needs of every individual in social life. In other words, the first and most basic human needs of each person are security and the desired feeling of it. A civilian man needs to have security and peace in order to live together in order to achieve a high level of growth. Today, the role and importance of security in the development of any society is to the extent that it is considered as the bedrock of any development. In expressing the importance of security in the individual and social life of the people, the same amount of money was applied to the Prophet Ibrahim (AS) from his Lord, Allah Almighty: His first request was security for the city of Mecca. Security and its provision in society is one of the basic conditions of the law, lawmaking, civil society and freedom. In other words, law and security are two sides of a coin that have a positive relationship, and without one, one cannot expect another to be realized. In Islamic culture, security has a broad and inclusive concept that is balanced and deep in all areas of human life (material and spiritual, individual and social, internal and external, political, economic, and ethical). Security in the concept of Islam under the guise of piety, trust in respect for others' rights, implementation of justice and justice, equality and brotherhood, defense and protection of the oppressed and deprived, having the corruptive and criminal, the abandonment of poverty and hardship, livelihood and prosperity, preservation of freedoms The legitimacy of people and the rule of human and divine standards are possible. Therefore, in this paper, we try to analyze the concept of security in Islamic philosophy.
