بررسي رابطه ابعاد سرمايه اجتماعي با سطح تحمل اجتماعي كاركنان فرماندهي نيروي انتظامي‌شهرستان ساري

Investigating the Relationship between Dimensions of Social Capital on the Level of Social Tolerance of Police Command Commanders in Sari

هدف اين پژوهش شناخت رابطه ابعاد سرمايه اجتماعي با سطح تحمل اجتماعي كاركنان فرماندهي نيروي انتظامي‌شهرستان ساري است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل تمام كاركنان فرماندهي انتظامي‌شهرستان ساري در سال 1397 مي‌باشند كه براساس اداره كارگزيني فرماندهي انتظامي‌ شهرستان ساري برابر با 340 نفر اظهار شده است. نمونه مورد مطالعه 181 نفر در نظر گرفته شده است. در پژوهش حاضر از روش پژوهش پيمايش استفاده شده و داده‌هاي مورد نظر از روش كتابخانه اي و ميداني و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه(محقق ساخته)جمع آوري شده است.پاسخگويان مورد نظر با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري در دسترس انتخاب و براي آزمون روايي پرسشنامه از روش اعتبار محتواي صوري و براي پايايي از ازمون الفاي كرونباخ استفاده شده است. متغير مستقل در اين تحقيق، سرمايه اجتماعي است كه شامل اعتماد اجتماعي،مشاركت اجتماعي و شبكه روابط اجتماعي است و متغير وابسته در اين پژوهش سطح تحمل اجتماعي كاركنان بوده است.يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه بين سرمايه اجتماعي كاركنان با سطح تحمل اجتماعي آنان رابطه معناداري وجود دارد.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between social capital dimensions on the level of social tolerance of police officers in Sari. The theories used as theoretical framework are Social Network Theory of MassoudChalabi, Engleart's Social Capital Theory, King's Tolerance Theory, and Theory of Social Tolerance. A sample of 181 people is considered. In the present study, the survey method was used and the data were collected by library and field method and by using a researcher-made questionnaire. The respondents were selected using available sampling method and tested Validity of the questionnaire has been used by the formal content validity method and for reliability of Cronbach's alpha. The research findings were calculated using descriptive tables and Pearson statistical test in SPSS software. Independent variable in this research is social capital, which includes social trust, social participation and social relationships network. The dependent variable in this research is the level of social tolerance of employees The research findings show that there is a significant relationship between social capital of employees and their level of social tolerance.
