شاخص‌هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي از ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله‌العالي) و راهكارهاي نهادينه‌سازي آن در فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران

Indicators of Resistance Economics from the Point of View of the Supreme Leader and its Implementation Strategies in Mazandaran Provincial Police Command

جمهوري اسلامي ايران در حوزه‌هاي اقتصادي با مسائل يا مفاهيمي مواجه است كه به‌هيچ‌عنوان تاكنون چه در عرصه نظر و چه در عرصه عمل مشابه و مثابه واقعي نداشته است؛ بنابراين خود انقلاب اسلامي مكلّف به نوآوري و ابتكار و نظريه‌پردازي و الگوسازي در اين عرصه‌هاي جديد اقتصادي است. يكي از اين مفاهيم، «اقتصاد مقاومتي» است. حوزه موضوعي اقتصاد مقاومتي كه توسط مقام معظم رهبري طرح شده، بسيار گسترده است. «اقتصاد مـقاومتي» بنياني نظري و عملي براي مدل‌سازي گونه ويژه‌اي از اقتصاد است كه فعالانه خود را براي مواجهه بـا تـحريم‌ها، بيش‌ازپيش آماده ساخته است. رهبر معظم انقلاب اولين بار واژه «اقتصاد مقاومتي» را به‌كار بردند، بنابراين براي شناخت اهداف، معيارها و شاخص‌هاي آن مي‌بايست بيانات معظم‌له را در اين خصوص تبيين كرد به همين خاطر اين پژوهش به‌دنبال پاسخ به اين پرسش است كه شاخص‌هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي از ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله‌العالي) چيست؟ از سويي ديگر نيروي انتظامي (پليس) استان مازندران نيز به‌خاطر حضور و تماس گسترده و مستمري كه با تمامي اقشار مردم دارد از توان بالايي در گفتمان‌سازي و نهادينه‌سازي اين مفهوم در ميان آحاد جامعه برخوردار است، به همين جهت بيان راهكارهاي نهادينه‌سازي اقتصاد مقاومتي در فرماندهي انتظامي استان از ديگر اهداف اين پژوهش است. روش پژوهش در اين پژوهش توصيفي – تحليلي و با بهره‌گيري از منابع كتاب‌خانه‌اي صورت گرفته است.

The Islamic Republic of Iran faces issues or concepts in the economic spheres that have never had any similarity in the field of opinion and practice. Therefore, the Islamic Revolution itself is required to have innovation and initiative, theorizing and modeling in these new economic fields. One of these concepts is "Resistance Economics." The subject area of the resistance economy that has been set up by the Supreme Leader is very wide. "Resistance Economics" is a theoretical and practical foundation for modeling a specific type of economy that has been actively preparing itself to deal with sanctions. The Supreme Leader used the term "resistance economy" for the first time, so need to explain his statements in order to understand the goals, criteria and indicators. Therefore, this research seeks to answer the question of what are the indicators of resistance economy from the point of view of the Supreme Leader. On the other hand, Mazandaran Police also have a high potential for dialogue and institutionalization of this concept among the community due to the extensive presence and contact with all kinds of the population, hence the presentation of institutional approaches Resistance economics in the provincial police command is another goal of this research. The research method is descriptive-analytical and utilizes library resources.
