پليس زن؛ ضرورت ها، بايد و نبايدهاي سازماني

Female police; the necessities, the musts, and the nots of the organization

جوامع مختلف با ناهنجاري ها و جرائم گوناگوني مانند سرقت، قاچاق، قتل، كلاهبرداري و... رو به رو مي شوند و برخورد با اين ناهنجاري ها نيازمند دستگاه و نيرويي است كه در اغلب كشورها بر آن نام «پليس» نهاده اند. و با توجه به اينكه نيمي از جمعيت كشور ما را زنان تشكيل داده اند و با ورود آنها به جامعه طبيعتا" نياز به پليس زن احساس مي شد تا زنان در محيطي امن تر، بهتر و با آسايش بيشتري خدمات مورد نيازشان را تسريع بخشند. پليس زن مي تواند عامل ايجاد آرامش، اطمينان، اعتماد، نظم و بالاخره امنيت همه جانبه در جامعه بانوان به ويژه خانواده ها باشد. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش بررسي و تبيين ضرورت وجود پليس زن و تاثير آن بر امنيت اجتماعي است و همچنين ضرورت وجود پليس زن در جامعه، توانمندي هاي زنان پليس از ديگر هدف هاي پژوهش مذكور محسوب مي شود. اين پژوهش با استفاده از مطالعات اسنادي و كتابخانه اي و همچنين از تجربيات خدمتي به جمع آوري اطلاعات پرداخته است. در اين مقاله ضمن اشاره به تاريخچه پليس زن در ايران و نوع خدماتي كه پليس زن مي تواند به جامعه ارائه دهد، همچنين پيشنهادهايي جهت تقويت هر چه بيشتر اين پليس ارائه گرديده است. نتيجه كلي پژوهش اين است كه با تقويت پليس زن از يك طرف محيط امن براي ارائه خدمات بهتر از سوي زنان مي شود و از سوي ديگر براي حمايت از آسيب پذيري زنان مجرم و رسيدگي به امور آنها با توجه به احساسات و عواطف آنها مسلما" زنان بهتر مي توانند پاسخگو به مشكلات آنان باشند.

Different societies face various anomalies and crimes such as robbery, Smuggling, murder, fraud, and so dealing with these anomalies requires a device and a force called "police" in most countries. an‎d given that half of our population is made up of female, and with their entry into society, naturally, the need for female police was felt to accelerate female in a safer, better and more comfortable environment. The female police can contribute to the peace, security, trust, order and overall security of the female community, especially the families. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the necessity of female police and their impact on social security and need for female police in the community, the capabilities of female police are among other goals of the study. This research has collected data using documentary and library studies as well as from service experiences. In this article, while referring to the history of female police in Iran and the types of services that female police can provide to society, There have also been suggestions to further strengthen the police. The overall result of the study is that by empowering female police, on the one hand, it becomes a safe environment for female to provide better services and on the other hand, to protect the vulnerability of female offenders and to take care of their affairs with regard to their emotions, certainly female can be better able to respond to their problems.
