مطالعه همزماني آلودگي به ويروس كم خوني عفوني جوجه ها (CIAV ) و كمپلكس هاي تنفسي در گله هاي طيور گوشتي شهرستان شوشتر و باوي

Survey of Simultaneous Contamination with Chicken Infectious Anemia Virus (CIAV) and Respiratory Complex Disease in Broiler Chicken of Shoushtar and Bavi City

بيماري كم خوني عفوني جوجه ها موجب كم خوني آپلاستيك، تحليل وسيع بافت لنفوئيدي همراه با تضعيف سيستم ايمني مي شود. درگيري با اين ويروس زمينه را براي عفونت هاي ثانويه ي ويروسي، باكتريايي و قارچي فراهم مي سازد. اين بيماري بطور عمودي از گله هاي مادر به جوجه ها منتقل و موجب خسارات زياد اقتصادي مي شود. در پژوهش حاضر همزماني آلودگي به ويروس كم خوني عفوني جوجه ها (CIAV) و كمپلكس هاي تنفسي در گله هاي طيور گوشتي شهرستان شوشتر و باوي به روش هماتوكريت و پاتولوژي مطالعه شد. طي مدت شش ماه از 20 گله مرغ گوشتي داراي علايم كمپلكس تنفسي نمونه خون كامل و نمونه هاي بافتي (بافت تيموس، بورس فابرسيوس و مغز استخوان) اخذ گرديد. نتايج آزمايشات هماتوكريت 95 درصد گله ها در رنج نرمال قرارداشت، در حالي كه از بين گله هاي مورد آزمايش تعداد 50 درصد نمونه هاي بافتي ضايعات هيستوپاتولوژيكي مرتبط با آلودگي به ويروس كم خوني عفوني جوجه ها را نشان مي دادند. نتايج تحقيق حاضر نشان مي دهد كه ميزان همزماني آلودگي به ويروس كم خوني عفوني جوجه و كمپلكس هاي تنفسي در جمعيت طيورگوشتي مطالعه شده 50 درصد مي باشد كه در سطح بالا قرار دارد و منجر به افزايش تلفات و خسارات اقتصادي زيادي مي شود.

Chicken infectious anemia virus, which causes aplastic anemia, extensive lymphoid tissue athtrophy, along with immunesuppresstion , provides the basis for secondary viral, bacterial, and fungal infections, and Transmitted vertically from the breeder flocks to the chickens. The virus can cause severe Economic losses. In the present study, the simultaneous contamination with chickens infectious anemia virus (CIAV) and respiratory complexes diseases in broiler flocks of Shooshtar and Bavi cities was studied by hematocrit and pathology method. In this study During the 6 month period, the farms of poultry that showed symptoms of respiratory complex diseases were selected. Twenty flooks sampled for whole blood samples, thymus tissue, bursa fibersius, and bone marrow and tested for Hematocrit and histopathology. Results of hematocrit tests were normal in 95% of the flooks, while among the tested flooks, 50% of the tissue samples showed histopathological lesions associated with infection of the chickens infectious anemia virus. The results of the present study show that the simultaneous contamination rate with chickens infectious anemia virus and respiratory complexes diseases is high in 50% of the studied poultry population. Pathological results, indicates that infection rate of this virus is high in industrial broiler population of the region and causing economic losses.
