چكيده فارسي :
مسئله‌اي كه بيش از هر چيز در طراحي و شهرسازي عصر حاضر از آن غفلت مي‌شود، فضاها و بناهاي تاريخي ارزشمند در بافت كهن شهرهاست. بناها و فضاهاي شهري براي مردمي طراحي و ساماندهي مي‌شوند كه در آن زندگي مي‌كنند و روح و شخصيت انسان‌ها نيز در همين فضاها متعالي مي‌شود و متأثر از آن است. در بافت تاريخي شهرها، برخي مكان‌ها و فضاهاي شاخص وجود دارند كه به‌مرورزمان ارزش آن‌ها به دليل رشد بي‌رويه‌ي ساخت‌و‌ساز برج‌ها و ابرسازه‌هاي شهري، در اذهان مردم سير نزولي يافته است، اين در حالي است كه مي‌توان از اين مكان‌ها به‌منزله‌ي عناصر اثرگذار در گردشگري پايدار شهري استفاده كرد، گاه اين دانه‌هاي ارزشمند به‌صورت منفرد و پراكنده در بافت‌هاي تاريخي موجودند؛ اما گاهي نيز موقعيت و شكلي زنجيره‌اي و موزه‌اي و مجموعه‌اي دارند كه با يك نگرش تخصصي موشكافانه، مي‌توان به كشف اين فضاها و طراحي و برنامه‌ريزي اصولي براي بهره‌گيري از آن‌ها پرداخت. پژوهش كاربردي حاضر با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و پيمايش ميداني در بافت كهن شهر شيراز و منطقه‌اي تاريخي‌فرهنگي، در پي بررسي و كشف مكان‌ها و نشانه‌هاي ارزشمند تاريخي، با هدف احياء و بازآفريني آن‌ها در بافت كهن اين شهر است و پس از جمع‌آوري و تحليل داده‌هاي مكاني موجود، به شكل موضعي به شناسايي يكي از محدوده‌هاي تاريخي با دانه‌هاي ارزشمند در منطقه‌اي با پيشينه‌اي كهن در شيراز پرداخته است و درنهايت با پيشنهاد باززنده‌سازي يك گذر تاريخي، راهكارهايي را با هدف گردشگري پايدار در طراحي ارائه مي‌كند.

The Issue more than anything in the design and urban planning of the present age neglected is spaces and monuments valuable in the context of ancient cities. Buildings and urban spaces designed and organized for the people who live in it .Human characters and spirit grow up in the same space and are influenced by their environment mutually. In the historical context of the city, there are some places and important spaces that their value over time have been declining in the minds of people due to the uncontrolled growth of urban construction towers and super structure although they can be used as elements influencing sustainable urban tourism. In some cases valuable buildings are available single and scattered in the historical context. But sometimes form a chain and convert to the museum and collection. With a professional look can be to explore these spaces and pay to design and planning for it. current study is practical with using library studies and field surveys in the context of ancient historical and cultural city and region to examine and explore the historic sites and landmarks of regeneration and renewal in the context of the ancient city and after analyzing the collected spatial data available to identify a range of valuable historic buildings in the historic area of Shiraz in the form of topical and finally Suggest revitalization of a historic transformation and offers solutions in design and sustainable tourism.
