مطالعه‌ي تطبيقي تلفات حوادث رانندگي شهر شيراز و شهر لندن؛ تجاربي براي شيراز

The Comparative studies of traffic accident's fatalities in Shiraz and London: lessons for Shiraz

انتشار آمار شش‌ماهه‌ي اول سال 1394 تلفات تصادفات رانندگي در شهر شيراز و واكنش‌هاي مختلفي كه عمدتاً گوياي وضعيت ناگوار و دردآور شهر شيراز در تعداد زياد كشته‌شدگان اين‌گونه حوادث است، نگارنده را بر آن داشت تا ضمن مقايسه‌ي اين آمار با كلان‌شهر لندن، راهكارهايي را كه در شهر لندن به‌ منظور كاهش تلفات و حوادث رانندگي اتخاذ گرديده است، جمع‌آوري كند و در اختيار مسئولان و تصميم‌گيران شهر شيراز قرار دهد. در اين تحقيق از روش مطالعه‌ي تطبيقي استفاده شده است. بر‌اساس يافته‌هاي پژوهش، اختلاف زيادي بين لندن و شيراز از نظر تلفات حوادث رانندگي وجود دارد: به‌طوري‌كه تعداد كشته‌هاي شيراز در هر صد هزار نفر، 9 برابر بيشتر از شهر لندن است. به‌كار گرفتن تجارب شهر لندن كه موفقيت‌هاي زيادي در كنترل تلفات حوادث رانندگي داشته است، مي‌تواند در شرايط فعلي شيراز مفيد واقع شود. بنابراين در اين پژوهش برخي از اقداماتي كه در لندن باعث كاهش ميزان تلفات رانندگي اين شهر شده است و قابل‌استفاده در شهر شيراز مي‌باشد، ارائه شده است.

The Release of six-month traffic fatalities report in the city of Shiraz and different responses largely reflect the unfortunate and painful situation of Shiraz in the number of those killed in these accidents and motivate us to compare Shiraz and Metropolis London in this case. London's strategies which reduce fatalities and traffic accidents were taken to collect and put at the disposal of authorities and decision-makers in the city of Shiraz. In this study, a comparative study was used. According to the study, there are a lot of differences between London and Shiraz in traffic casualties so that the fatalities of traffic accidents per hundred thousand people died-in Shiraz is 9 times more than the city of London. Use of the experiences of the City of London that had a lot of success in the control of traffic casualties could be useful in the current situation of Shiraz. So we represent some measures and policies that reduce the fatality rate of traffic accidents in London and can be used in the city of Shiraz.
