چكيده فارسي :
يكي از مسايل مورد پرسش از بابت اين كه چرا فناوري لاستيك و تاير در ايران به خوبي رشد نيافته است، بازمي‌گردد به اين نكته كه شايد موسسات آموزشي و يا مراكز پژوهشي دانشگاهي در ايران به نسبت دنيا خيلي خوب عمل نكرده‌اند كه خروجي خوبي از آن‌ها مشاهده نمي-شود. اين مقاله تلاش دارد با بررسي رخدادهاي پژوهشي و آموزشي در سطح دنيا در زمينه‌ي لاستيك و تاير و مقايسه‌ي آن با وضعيت فعلي ايران تا حدي كاستي‌هاي آموزشي و پژوهشي و چرخه‌ي توليد و انتقال دانش را بررسي كند. بر اساس بهينه‌كاوي‌هاي به عمل آمده به نظر مي‌رسد كميت و يا كيفيت آموزش در ايران در حوزه لاستيك فرقي با دنيا ندارد، تفاوت قابل توجهي نيز بين خروجي‌هاي پژوهشي دانشگاه‌هاي ايران و دنيا نيست ولي تمايل و رويكرد پژوهشي صنعت تاير و لاستيك ايران درونگرا است و چندان موثر در ارتباطات داخلي و يا بين‌المللي نيست و به نظر مهم است كه براي رفع اين ضعف از درون صنعت تاير راه حل را جست به جاي اين كه مشكل را در ضعف دانشگاه يا كمبود تقويت دانشگاه‌ها در اين حوزه دانست.
چكيده لاتين :
One speculation regarding rubber and tire technology slight growth in Iran is that
educational or research institutes doesn’t have excellent performance, in comparison to their
counterparts in the world, and therefore, the outcome is not good enough. The aim of this
article is to study educational and research global efforts in the area of tire and rubber and
compare them with status quo in Iran, in order to demonstrate deficiencies of Iran’s education
and research and the cycle of knowledge generation and transformation. The results of the
benchmark indicate that there is no considerable difference between Iran and the world in
terms of the quantity or the quality of tire/ rubber academic education or research. However,
Iran’s tire/ rubber industry approach is more introverted and does not contribute to the internal
or international relationships. As a result, instead of identify the problem as a weakness of
the universities or lack of university improvement, it seems important to find the solution to
resolve this problem within the tire/ rubber industry.
