Evaluation of the Education Material of Master’s Degree in Carpet Design based on CIPP Model

آموزش دانشگاهي فرش با توجه به جايگاه فرش دستباف در ايران و جهان از نيازهايي بود كه نهايتا سال 1374 با طرح و تصويب اولين برنامه درسي رسمي كارشناسي شروع شد و در سال 1389 تا مقطع كارشناسي ارشد توسعه يافت. يكي از نگراني‌هاي ذينفعان فرش در خصوص ايجاد و توسعه فرش در دانشگاه‌ها دروندادهاي اين رشته شامل برنامه درسي، اساتيد، دانشجويان و امكانات و منابع بوده و هست. اين تحقيق با هدف ارزشيابي كيفيت دروندادهاي كارشناسي ارشد فرش بر مبناي الگوي سيپ به روش تركيبي (كمي و كيفي) با ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و مصاحبه نيمه ساخت دار انجام شده است. جامعه آماري تحقيق در بخش كمي، دانشجويان، دانش‌آموختگان و استادان دانشگاه‌هاي مجري كارشناسي ارشد فرش بود كه به روش نمونه گيري احتمالي طبقه بندي شده 264 نمونه انتخاب شد. در بخش كيفي از جامعه تحقيق شامل خبرگان فرش دستباف 46 نمونه به روش افزايشي انتخاب شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي كيفي به روش تحليل مضمون و داده‌هاي كمي در سطح توصيفي و استنباطي و آزمون‌هاي آماري انجام شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد دروندادهاي كارشناسي ارشد فرش در سطح مطلوبي نيستند (كمتر از حد متوسط) و ضرورت بازنگري در بعد دروندادهاي اين مقطع بسيار احساس مي‌شود. در بين متغيرهاي درونداد متغير امكانات در رتبه اول و متغير استاد در رتبه چهارم قرار دارد. ارزشيابي و بازنگري مستمر برنامه درسي متناسب با تغييرات و نيازهاي جامعه و دانشجويان، توجه به الگوهاي نوين آموزشي مثل الگوي برنامه درسي معكوس در تدوين دروس، ارائه مميزي‌ها در جذب دانشجو، تمديد و اعطا مجوز پذيرش دانشجو بر اساس حداقل استانداردهاي آموزشي و پژوهشي، همراهي با دانشگاه‌هاي مجري براي جذب اعضاي هيئت علمي متخصص با پايه فرش از جمله پيشنهاداتي است كه بر روند كيفي سازي دروندادهاي كارشناسي ارشد فرش موثر است.

Hand-woven Carpet education at the university was based on the requirements for bachelor in 1996 and its master’s degree was developed in 2010. One of the concerns of carpet interested parties was the university inputs to the students, including the curriculum, professors, students, equipment and facilities. This research is aimed at studying the inputs of the carpet master’s degree according to the CIPP model, using quantitative and qualitative method with researcher-generated questionnaires and half-structured interview. Also, the statistical society in quantitative section picks students, graduates and professors of universities responsible for Master’s degree education. Based on probability sampling method, 264 samples were selected. Also in the quantitative section 46 samples were selected from the experts of carpet, using ascending method. The qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis method and the quantitative data was analyzed using the descriptive and inferential methods and statistical tests. The results show that the inputs of master’s degree of carpet are not on a good status (Bellow average) and it is essential to revise those inputs. The equipment valuable was the first and the professor was the forth among the input valuable. Evaluating and revising the curriculum based on the changes and needs of society and students, paying attention ti the modern teaching techniques, filtering the accepted volunteers of study, authorizing the acceptance of students based on the minimum educational and research standards and cooperating with executing universities in employing expert board members in carpet field are some of the suggestions which can augment the quality of Carpet master’s degree inputs.
