چكيده فارسي :
مسئلة زنان به دليل اهميت آن از ابعاد مختلف مطمع‌نظر پژوهشگران و جامعه‌شناسان در اين عصر مي‌باشد كه به فراخور آن عاملي براي تغيير فضاي جوامع گوناگون به نفع زنان است. از دين و كتاب‌هاي آسماني به‌عنوان يكي از عوامل اثرگذار جدي در اين تغيير مي‌توان نام برد. ارائه نمايي از اين كتب در هويت زنان، عاملي در روشن شدن اثر جدي آموزه‌هاي ديني است.
ازآنجاكه هويت‌يابي زنان در احكام خاص ايشان در دو كتاب قرآن و تورات مورد كاوش قرار نگرفته است، در اين پژوهش برآنيم به بازخواني هويت فردي اجتماعي و ديني زنان در احكام اختصاصي آنان با روش تحليلي و دين‌پژوهي جزئي بپردازيم.
اين پژوهش نشان داده كه هويت زنان در برخي از احكام، وابسته يا مستقل بودن هويت آنان را آشكار مي‌نمايد و در نهايت بستر خوانش جديد از آموزهاي قرآن و تورات را فراهم نمايد.

Due to its importance, the issue of women is considered by researchers and sociologists in various dimensions in this era, and accordingly, it is a factor in changing the atmosphere of various societies in favor of women. Religion and heavenly books can be mentioned as one of the serious factors influencing this change. The presentation of these books on women's identities is a factor in clarifying the serious effect of religious teachings. Since the identification of women in their special rulings has not been explored in the two books of the Quran and the Torah, in this study we intend to re-read the individual, social and religious identity of women in their specific rulings by an analytical and partial religion method. This research has shown that women's identities in some rulings, whether dependent or independent, reveal their identities and ultimately provide a platform for new reading of the teachings of the Quran and the Torah.
