موقعيت يابي مناسب جهت توسعه فيزيكي شهر با استفاده از مدل AHP و منطق فازي در محيط GIS (نمونه موردي: شهر شهركرد)

Positioning for the Purpose of Urban Development Using Fuzzy Logic Analysis in GIS and AHP Method: A Case Study in Shahrekord City

توسعه روزافزون شهرها باعث بروز مشكلات بسيار جدي در زندگي روزمره بشر مي شود. از سويي نمي توان توسعه شهري را محدود ساخت بلكه بايد آن را متناسب با نيازهاي امروز و فرداي بشر آماده نمود، به گونه اي كه از وارد آمدن آسيب به محيط زيست جلوگيري شود. در ايـن پـژوهش سـعي شـده اسـت بـا شناسـايي ويژگـي هـاي محيطـي، خصوصـاً ويژگـي هـاي ژئومورفولــوژيكي و ارزيــابي آن، مكــان هــاي بهينــه بــراي توســعه شــهري شهركرد مشــخص شــود. بدين منظور از 13 شــاخص اســتفاده گرديد و بــا اســتفاده از تلفيــق دو مــدل منطــق فــازي و AHP ابتـدا هـر كـدام از لايـه هـا در محـيط نرم افزار ArcGIS فـازي شـدند و بعـد از ضـرب وزن لايه هـاي حاصـل از AHP در هـر كـدام از لايـه هـا، عملگـرهاي ضـرب، جمـع فـازي و گامـاي فـازي اجرا شد. در نهايـت گامـاي بهينـه در ArcGIS بـه 5كـلاس تناسـب تقسـيم‌بنـدي گرديد. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه 5/16درصــد منطقــه مــورد مطالعــه در كــلاس بسيار مناسب قــرار دارد و 9 درصــد از منطقــه در كــلاس بسيار نامناسب قــرار مــي‌گيــرد. نقشه حاصل از مدل مذكور نواحي با احتمال گسترش فـضايي برمبنـاي روند گذشته را مشخص نموده و نواحي مناسب براي گسترش آتي را نيز ارائه كـرده است. بـر اين مبنا نواحي شرقي، شمالي و جنوب شرقي شهر شهركرد مناسب ترين نواحي براي گسترش آتي شهر مي باشند.

Due to the development of cities, a number of issues emerge as crucial problems in every-day life of human beings. One the one hand, the urban development, which is one of the essential aspects for the life and survival of human beings, cannot be limited, and on the other hand, it should be arranged in harmony with the needs of human being in a way that it does not damage environment. In the present study, it was intended to identify the optimal sites and districts for urban development through determination of environmental features, especially geomorphological features and the analysis of these features. In order to analyze these features, 13 indices were used. Each of the layers was fuzzed in the environment of Geographic Information System (GIS) through integration of Fuzzy Logic and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). In the next step, multiplication operator, fuzzy addition, and fuzzy gamma were operated through multiplication of weight of layers resulted from AHP in each of the layers. The optimal gamma in ArcGIS was categorized in 5 proportion classifications. The results indicated that 9 percent of the studied site is categorized in the low-proportion class and 16.5 percent in high-proportion class. The map of the presented model determined the districts with potentiality of spatial development with respect to the past trends as well as suitable districts for future developments. Accordingly, Northern, Eastern, and Northeastern districts of Shahrekord City are the best and most suitable ones for future development of the city.
