Future Studies of Social Action Control Practices with Emphasis on Urban Movements

امروزه در جامعه شاهد گسترده­تر شدن اشكال مختلف كنش­ هاي جمعي برانداز هستيم كه نسبت به گذشته ماهيت آنها متفاوت­تر شده است. اعتصابات­، تجمع­، طومار­نويسي­، كشف حجاب­، نا­آرامي­ هاي اجتماعي­، مخالفت مدني­، موج­سازي و بسياري از كنش‌هاي اجتماعي تحت­تأثير پيش­ران­هاي داخلي و خارجي صورت مي­گيرد­. بسياري از كنش‌هاي اجتماعي شكل آرام و نيمه­آرام دارند، اما ارزش­ها و هنجارهاي نظام جمهوري اسلامي را هدف قرار داده كه نيازمند شناخت، تحليل و كنترل آنها است كه در اين تحقيق به­دنبال شيوه‌هاي كنترل كنش‌هاي اجتماعي آينده با استفاده از روندپژوهي هستيم. روش تحقيق اين پژوهش به‌صورت توصيفي ـ تحليلي در قالب فوكوس گروپ (گروه‌هاي كانوني) است. روش تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها بر اساس فرايند روندپژوهي است و جامعۀ آماري اين پژوهش شامل: خبرگان نظامي و انتظامي و اساتيد دانشگاهي و صاحب‌نظران مسلط به مباحث حوزه‌هاي كنش‌هاي جمعي و خبرگان آينده‌پژوهي است. براساس يافته­ هاي پژوهش برآمده از نظر خبرگان و نخبگان، كنش‌هاي جمعي آينده برآمده از قدرت تسلط بر افكار و ذهن مردم و به‌خصوص جوانان و نوجوانان خواهند بود، ‌كه از آن به قدرت نرم تعبير مي‌شود­. تغيير مسالمت­آميز يكي از سياست­هاي آمريكا عليه نظام جمهوري اسلامي است كه با استفاده از ترويج سبك زندگي غربي منجر به تغيير فرهنگي نسل جوان، منجر به تغيير فرهنگ راهبردي ما و در نهايت تغيير حاكميت خواهد شد. زماني كه نهادهاي مرجع نسل جوان در آن ­سوي مرزها قرار داشته باشند، عملاً ما نمي­توانيم كنترلي بر آن نهادهاي مرجع و افرادي كه متأثر از آن هستند داشته باشيم. در واقع كلان ‌روندها نشان مي‌دهد رقابت بر سر تسلط بر افكار و ذهن مردم مهم‌ترين عامل كنش‌هاي جمعي آينده خواهد بود و به‌طور مسلم بهترين روش كنترل اين كنش‌ها نيز مي‌بايست بر اساس كنترل و نفوذ نرم بر اذهان و افكار مردم شكل گيرد تا بتوان بر دشمن چيره شد.
