چكيده فارسي :
زنان مهمترين و اثرگذار ترين افراد در جامعه و مهمترين عضو كانون هر خانواده هستند و برنامه ريزي هدفمند و راهبردي با اهداف مختلف امنيتي، فرهنگي، ديني، اجتماعي، اقتصادي، سياسي و ... براي اوقات فراغت زنان مي تواند در كل خانواده و به تبع آن در سطح جامعه تاثير گذار شود. امروزه پرداختن به امر اوقات فراغت جزء لاينفك مديريت شهري و پيشگيري از آسيب هاي اجتماعي است به طوري كه توجه به اين موضوع و داشتن اوقاتي سالم و بهينه بالاخص جهت زنان، در برنامه اجرايي بسياري از متوليان و مسئولين و دست اندركاران قرار دارد. شهر اصفهان داراي 14 منطقه شهري است . مناطق مورد پژوهش ، منطقه 5 و 6 بوده كه طبق آخرين سرشماري زنان 49 درصد از كل جمعيت هر كدام از مناطق را در بر گرفته اند بنابراين تعادل نسبي بين جمعيت زنان و مردان در اين مناطق ديده مي شود . هدف از انجام اين پژوهش بررسي چگونگي گذران اوقات فراغت با تأكيد بر مراكز تفريحي و رفاهي زنان در مناطق 5 و 6 شهر اصفهان است روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف كاربردي و بر اساس ماهيت توصيفي و همبستگي بوده كه با روش ميداني و با كمك ابزار پرسشنامه و نرم افزارهاي Excell Spss _ Gis و مدلهاي تحليلي برنامه ريزي عوامل استراتژيك ( (SWOT , SFAS , IFAS , EFAS به تجزيه و تحليل داده ها پرداخته شده است. يافته هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه در حال حاضر زنان ساكن مناطق 5 و 6 براي اوقات فراغت خود حضور محسوسي ندارند و احساس امنيت در مراكز رفاهي و تفريحي، و خدمات و امكانات موجود در دسترس، مهمترين عوامل جلب آنها جهت گذران اوقات فراغت در مناطق پيش بيني شده خواهد بود.

Women are the most important and influential people in the society and the most important members of every family, and purposeful and strategic planning with different security, cultural, religious, social, economic, political, etc. goals for women's leisure time in the whole family and to Consequently, it should be effective at the community level. Today, dealing with leisure is an integral part of urban management and prevention of social harms, so that paying attention to this issue and having healthy and optimal times, especially for women, is in the executive plan of many trustees, officials and stakeholders. The city of Isfahan has 14 urban areas. The study areas are areas 5 and 6, which according to the latest census of women cover 49% of the total population of each area, so there is a relative balance between the population of women and men in these areas. The purpose of this study is to investigate how to spend leisure time with emphasis on women's recreation and welfare centers in districts 5 and 6 of Isfahan. The research method is based on applied purpose and descriptive nature and correlation. Excell Spss _ Gis software and analytical models of strategic factor planning (SWOT, SFAS, IFAS, EFAS) have analyzed the data. Findings indicate that currently women living in areas 5 and 6 do not have a significant presence for their leisure time and the feeling of security in welfare and recreation centers, and available services and facilities, are the most important factors in attracting them to spend leisure time in Areas will be projected.
