مباني قرآني عوامل معنوي اقتدار ملي از منظر مقام معظم رهبري (مطالعه موردي مبتني بر ارتباط با خالق)

Quranic Principles of Spiritual Factors of National Sovereignty from the Perspective of the Supreme Leader (A Case study based on relationship with the Creator)

راهبردهاي مديريتي رهبر، نقش بسيار تعيين كننده اي در اقتدار ملي دارند؛ از اين رو لازم است براي دستيابي، حفظ و افزايش اقتدار ملي، عوامل و راهكارهاي آن از منظر آيت الله خامنه اي مورد بررسي قرار گيرند. نوشتار پيش رو بخشي از پژوهشي است كه با استفاده از فرايند تحليل مضمون و نرمافزار MaxQDA به بررسي اقتدار ملي در بيانات و پيام هاي ايشان پرداخته است. عوامل معنوي اقتدار ملي در انديشه معظم له كه ريشه در تعاليم اسلام دارد، به دو بخش تعاليم مبتني بر ارتباط با خالق و تعاليم مبتني بر ارتباط با خلق تقسيم مي شود. اين پژوهش با هدف كمكي در اقتدار جمهوري اسلامي ايران، به مطالعه موردي تعاليم مبتني بر ارتباط با خالق پرداخته است و در ادامه با توجه به منشأ ديني اين تعليم ها، مباني قرآني آنان را به عنوان ثقل اكبر، استخراج كرده است. اين تعاليم در بيان رفتار ارتباطي بندگان با خداوند، شامل مضامين: ايمان، تقوا، توكل، ارتباط قلبي و اعتقادي با خدا، اخلاق الهي، دعا و انگيزه الهي مي شود؛ در مقابل، خداوند نيز حمايت و الطاف خود را نسبت به بندگاني كه استحقاق دارند، بذل مي فرمايد.

The leader's management strategies play a very decisive role in national authority; therefore, in order to achieve, maintain and increase the national authority, its factors and strategies must be examined from the viewpoint of Ayatollah Khamenei. This article is part of a research that examines national sovereignty in his expressions and messages using the thematic analysis process and MaxQDA software. The spiritual factors of national sovereignty in His Holiness's thought, which is rooted in the teachings of Islam, are divided into two parts: teachings based on communication with the Creator and teachings based on communication with the people. The present study, with the aim of aiding the authority of the Islamic Republic of Iran, is a case study studing the teachings based on communication with the Creator and then, according to the religious origin of these teachings, Quranic principles as the Seghl Akbar have been extracted. These teachings state communicative behavior of servants toward God include the following topics: Faith, piety, trust, heart-to-heart communication with God, believing communication, divine morality, prayer and divine motivation. On the other hand, God extends His support and kindness to the servants who deserve it.
