Principles, Indicators and Needs Assessment Procedures in the process of Political Education

تعليم و تربيت داراي ساحت‌ها و عرصه‌هاي گوناگوني است و يكي از مهم‌ترين ساحت‌هاي تعليم و تربيت، ساحت تربيت سياسي است (پيشينه). براي تحقق اهداف تعليم و تربيت در ساحت سياسي ناگزير به شناسايي نيازهاي آن با در نظر گرفتن اصول و شاخص‌هايي بايد بود. از همين رو به منظور طراحي برنامه درسي و آموزشي هوشمندانه، تعيين مباني، اصول، شاخص‌ها و راهكارهايي براي شناسايي نيازهاي ساحت سياسي مسأله‌اي اساسي است. (بيان مساله). بنابراين سوال پژوهش عبارت است از اينكه اصول، شاخص‌ها و راهكارهاي نيازسنجي در فرايند تربيت و آموزش سياسي چيست؟ (سوال) بر اين اساس نوع تحقيق، يك پژوهش كاربردي محسوب مي‌شود. پاسخ به سوال پژوهش با رويكرد كيفي و از طريق تحليل مضمون داده‌هاي حاصل از مصاحبه با خبرگان، اسناد سازماني و بالادستي، منابع نظري و اعتباربخشي در گروه‌ خبرگي حاصل شده است (روش). بر طبق يافته‌هاي پژوهش استمرار، شمول، جامعيت، هماهنگي، مشاركت و اعتبار اصول نيازسنجي محسوب مي‌شود. هر كدام از اين اصول داراي مجموعه‌اي از شاخص‌ها مي‌باشند كه مبتني بر آن نيز راهكارهايي پيشنهاد شده است(نتيجه‌گيري).

Education has various fields and arenas and one of the most important fields of education is the field of political education (background). In order to achieve the goals of education in the political field, it is necessary to identify its needs by considering (its) principles and indicators. Therefore, in order to design a smart curriculum, determining the basics, principles, indicators and procedures to identify the needs of the political field is a key issue (Issue’s statement). Therefore, the research question is: what are the principles, indicators and needs assessment strategies in the process of political education? (Question) According to this, the type of research is an applied research. The answer to the research question has been obtained with a qualitative approach and through content analysis of the data obtained from interviews with experts, organizational and upstream documents, theoretical sources and accreditation in the expert group (method). According to the research findings, continuity, inclusion, comprehensiveness, coordination, participation and validity are the principles of needs assessment. Each of these principles has a set of indicators on the basis of which procedures are proposed (conclusion).
