زبان و حوزه اعتبار تمدنيِ جهان اسلام

The language and scope of civilization of the Islamic world

در سه دهه اخير سطح تحليل تمدني در در روابط بين الملل ظهور يافته و سبب تولد مسئله هاي جديدي در اين حوزه مطالعاتي شده است. از جمله مسئله هاي نوپديد بازخواني نقش تمدني زبان به عنوان يك متغير فعال در روابط بين الملل است. در اين قلمرو توانمندي زبان براي كنشگري در قدرت سازي، ايجاد موازنه و رقابت، ايجاد ارتباط و همكاري و همگرايي مورد توجه قرار مي گيرد. در پژوهش حاضر به اين پرسش پاسخ داده مي شود كه بر اساس تجربه زيسته مسلمانان، زبان در روابط تمدني (حوزه جهان اسلام) و برون تمدني (جهان اسلام و ساير تمدنها) ايفا نموده است؟ فرضيه پژوهش حاضر اين است كه: نقش زبان در تمدن اسلامي ايجاد «حوزه اعتبار تمدني» بوده است. اين نقش هم در گستره درون تمدني و هم در روابط با محيط بيروني ( به ويژه در روابط بين الملل در دو سده اخير) محقق شده است. حوزه اعتبار تمدني كاركردهاي زبان در ايجاد فهم بين الاذهاني در تمدن اسلامي در عين تكثر زباني، تسهيل ارتباطات علمي در درون امت اسلامي، قرار گرفتن در كانون مواجهه و رقابت با تمدن غربي در سده اخير، مهمترين شواهدي است كه در اين بررسي مورد بازخواني قرار مي گيرند. بازخواني عناصر تمدني و متغيرهاي كليدي در تمدن اسلامي ـ يا در تجربه زيسته مسلمانان ـ اين امكان را فراهم ميآورد كه فهم روشنتري از ارتباط بين عناصر و فرايند توليد و بازتوليد تمدن اسلامي به دست آوريم. با تبيين اين روابط مي توانيم به قواعد تمدن سازي و يا نحوه بهره برداري از عناصر تمدني در دوره معاصر بيانديشيم.

In the last three decades, the level of civilization analysis has emerged in international relations and has given rise to new issues in this field of study. One of the emerging issues is re-reading the role of language civilization as an active variable in international relations. In this realm, the ability of language to act in empowerment, creating balance and competition, creating communication and cooperation, and convergence is considered. In the present study, answer will be given to this question that based on the lived experience of Muslims, language has played a role in the relations of civilization (Islamic world) and extra-civilization (Islamic world and other civilizations)? The hypothesis of the present study is that: The role of language in Islamic civilization has been to create a “domain of civilization validity.” This role has been achieved both within civilization and in relations with the external environment (especially in international relations in the last two centuries). The field of civilization validity of language functions in creating intersubjective understanding in Islamic civilization while linguistic pluralism, facilitating scientific communication within the Islamic Ummah, being at the center of confrontation and competition with Western civilization in the last century, is the most important evidence that will be review in this study. Reveiwing the elements of civilization and key variables in Islamic civilization - or in the lived experience of Muslims - allows us to gain a clearer understanding of the relationship between the elements and the process of production and reproduction of Islamic civilization. By explaining these relations, we can think about the rules of civilization or how to use the elements of civilization in the contemporary period
