بررسي تطبيقي ريشه‌هاي شكل‌گيري اعتراضات مدني ناشي از تغييرات اجتماعي - اقتصادي در ايران با كشورهاي ونزوئلا، يونان و آرژانتين

A comparative study of the roots of the formation of civil protests due to social-economic changes in Iran with Venezuela, Greece and Argentina

وجود نارضايتي و بروز اعتراضات مدني ناشي از تغييرات اجتماعي - اقتصادي در ايران، ازجمله مسائلي است كه به‌ويژه در مقاطع اِعمال سياست‌هاي ليبرالي، موجب بي‌ثباتي سياسي و گه گاه ناآرامي‌هاي امنيتي شده است. همچنين، بحران‌هاي اجتماعي - اقتصادي نيز در كشورهايي مانند آرژانتين، ونزوئلا و يونان در دهه‌هاي اخير به وجود آمده‌اند كه در ابعاد اقتصادي، سياسي و... داراي مشابهت‌هاي زيادي با يكديگر هستند. در اين كشورها، تغييرات شديد نوليبرال منجر به تضعيف معيشت عمومي و به‌تبع آن بروز اعتراضات و گسست نظام سياسي شده است. بر اين اساس، هدف از اين پژوهش؛ «بررسي تطبيقي شكل‌گيري اعتراضات و بحران‌هاي سياسي ناشي از اِعمال سياست‌هاي نوليبرال در ايران با كشورهاي ونزوئلا، يونان و آرژانتين» است و از­اين­رو، پرسش اصلي اين­گونه مطرح مي‌شود كه «تغييرات ساختاري نوليبرال در اقتصاد و جامعۀ ايران در يك بررسي تطبيقي با وضعيت كشورهاي ونزوئلا، شيلي، آرژانتين و يونان، چگونه بر شكل‌گيري اعتراضات و بحران‌هاي سياسي، تأثير گذاشته است؟». اين پژوهش جهت جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از روش مطالعۀ اسنادي و كيفي از نوع تحليل ثانوي داده‌هاي موجود استفاده كرده و جهت تدوين شاخص‌ها براي بررسي تطبيقي و اشباع نظري، از روش كيفي مصاحبۀ نيمه­ساخت‌يافته با صاحب­نظران استفاده شده است.

The existence of dissatisfaction and the emergence of civil protests due to social - economic changes in Iran are among the issues that have led to political instability and sometimes security unrests, especially during the implementation of liberal policies. Also, social-economic crises in countries such as Argentina, Venezuela, and Greece have emerged in recent decades, which have many similarities with each other in economic, political and other dimensions. In these countries, drastic neoliberal changes have led to the weakening of public livelihoods and, consequently, to protests and break of the political system. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to compare the formation of protests and political crises resulting from the implementation of neoliberal policies in Iran with Venezuela, Greece and Argentina. Therefore, the main question is "How did the neoliberal structural changes in the Iran's economy and society, in a comparative study with the situation of Venezuela, Chile, Argentina and Greece, affect the formation of protests and political crises?". This research uses the documentary and qualitative study method of secondary analysis of existing data to collect data. an‎d also, uses qualitative semi-structured interviews with experts to develop indicators for comparative study and theoretical saturation
