The Effect of the Ideological Foundations of Political Parties and Groups Involved in the Power Structure on the Process of Drafting and Approving the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of 1979 (with Emphasis on the Freedom Movement)

در آستانه پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي احزاب و گروه هاي سياسي به انحاء مختلف كوشيدند در روند تدوين و تصويب قانون اساسي نقش ايفا كنند و خواست ها و انتظارات سياسي- فكري خود را در متن و محتواي قانون اساسي بگنجانند. لذا قانون اساسي و مباحث پيرامون آن به مهمترين كانون منازعه گفتمان هاي دخيل در انقلاب تبديل شد. بر همين اساس كاوش در نحوه تاثيرگذاري مباني فكري و ايدئولوژي احزاب و گروه هاي سياسي دخيل در ساختار قدرت (با تاكيد بر نهضت آزادي) در روند تدوين و تصويب قانون اساسي جمهوري اسلامي پرسش اصلي اين تحقيق را رقم مي زند نتايج بررسي هاي صورت گرفته نشان مي دهد تفاوت در مباني فكري و ايدئولوژي احزاب و گروه هاي سياسي دخيل در قدرت از مهم ترين عوامل تاثيرگذار درمنازعات گفتاني در روند تدوين و تصويب قانون اساسي بوده است. در اين مقاله از روش كتابخانه اي براي گردآوري اطلاعات و از روش تحليلي و توصيفي نيز براي ارزيابي داده ها استفاده شده است.

On the eve of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, political parties and groups tried in various ways to play a role in the process of drafting and approving the constitution and to include their political-intellectual demands and expectations in the text and content of the constitution. Therefore, the constitution and the discussions surrounding it became the most important center of the conflict of the discourses involved in the revolution. Accordingly, exploring how the intellectual foundations and ideology of political parties and groups involved in the power structure (with emphasis on the Freedom Movement) influence the process of drafting and approving the constitution of the Islamic Republic is the main question of this research. The results of the studies show that the differences in the ideological foundations and ideology of the political parties and groups involved in power have been one of the most important factors influencing the verbal conflicts in the process of drafting and approving the constitution. In this article, the library method is used to collect information and the analytical and descriptive method is used to evaluate the data.
