چكيده فارسي :
در ﺳﺎل ﻫﺎي اﺧﯿﺮ، رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﻓﺮاﻧﻘﺸﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن، ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ اﺛﺮات ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ و ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ داﺷﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ، ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ. ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺮوز ﭼﻨﯿﻦ رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ را ارﺗﻘﺎء ﺑﺨﺸﯿﺪه و ﺑﻘﺎي ﺑﻠﻨﺪﻣﺪت آن ﻫﺎ را ﺗﻀﻤﯿﻦ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ادراك ﺷﺪه و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ، ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ از اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ادراك ﺷﺪه آﯾﺰﻧﺒﺮﮔﺮ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران )1986(و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻟﯽ و آﻟﻦ )2002( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺘﺎد ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان؛ 194 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ داده ﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ از اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارspss و ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﭙﯿﺮﻣﻦ و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن و آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ادراك ﺷﺪه راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﺎ رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي آن دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ، رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﻌﻄﻮف ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﺎﺿﺮﯾﺐ 1/54 در اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ اول ﻗﺮاردارد، در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺑﯿﺶ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ را ﺑﺎ ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ادراك ﺷﺪه دارد و رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﻌﻄﻮف ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 1/46 در رﺗﺒﻪ دوم و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﻧﯽ ﻗﺮار دارد در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮐﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ را ﺑﺎ ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ادراك ﺷﺪه در ﻧﺎﺟﺎ دارد
چكيده لاتين :
In recent years, organizational citizenship behaviors, as employees' extracurricular behaviors, have received much attention due to their significant impact on the effectiveness and success of organizations. Identifying and reinforcing the underlying causes of such behaviors enhances the performance and performance of organizations and ensures their long-term survival. The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive research method is correlation. Data were collected using Eisenberger et al.'s (1986) Perceived Organizational Support Questionnaire and Lee and Allen's(2002) standard questionnaire of organizational citizenship behavior. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of Hormozgan Police Command Headquarters. The sample is 194 people based on Cochran formula. The inferential analysis of the data was done by spss software and Spearman correlation coefficient and Friedman test. The results show that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior and its components. Also, according to Friedman test, behaviors toward organization with 1.54 are in the first priority, thus having the highest relationship with perceived organizational support, and behaviors of employees with 1.46 coefficient are in the second and final ranks respectively.
