چكيده فارسي :
ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺜﺎﺑﻪ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﻬﺎدﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ دوران ﮐﻨﻮﻧﯽ، در ﻗﺒﺎل ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺴﻮول ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ و ارﺗﻘﺎي ﻣﺴﻮوﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ آن ﻫﺎ در ﮔﺮو ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻘﺎي ﻣﺴﻮوﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ رﻫﺒﺮي اﺧﻼﻗﯽ و ارﺗﻘﺎي ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ، ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ از اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد رﻫﺒﺮي اﺧﻼﻗﯽ دﻫﻮق و دن ﻫﺎرﺗﮓ )2008( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﮐﺎرول )1991( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺘﺎد ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان؛ 195 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ داده ﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ از اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارspss و ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﭙﯿﺮﻣﻦ و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن و آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ رﻫﺒﺮي اﺧﻼﻗﯽ و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي آن ﺑﺎ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ، ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﻗﺪرت ﺑﺎﺿﺮﯾﺐ 3/19 دراوﻟﻮﯾﺖ اول ﻗﺮاردارد، در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺑﯿﺶ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ را ﺑﺎ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺷﺪه دارد و رﻫﻨﻤﻮدﻫﺎي اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 3/08 در رﺗﺒﻪ دوم و وﺿﻮح ﻧﻘﺶ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 2/89 در رﺗﺒﻪ ﭘﻨﺠﻢ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﻧﯽ ﻗﺮار دارد در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮐﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ را ﺑﺎ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﻧﺎﺟﺎ دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Organizations, as one of the most important social institutions of today, are responsible for society and promoting their social responsibility depends on identifying the factors affecting the promotion of social responsibility of employees. The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between ethical leadership and promoting social responsibility. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive research method is correlation. Data were collected using the standard questionnaire of ethical leadership of Deutch and Dan Hartg (2008) and Carroll's (1991) standard questionnaire of social responsibility. The statistical population of this study included all staff of Hormozgan Police Command Headquarters. The sample was 195 according to Cochran formula. The inferential analysis of the data was done by spss software and Spearman correlation coefficient and Friedman test. The results show that there is a significant relationship between ethical leadership and its components with social responsibility. Also, according to Friedman test, power sharing is less than 3.19 in the first priority, thus having the highest relationship with social responsibility and ethical guidelines with a coefficient of 3.08 in the second rank and role clarity with a coefficient of 2.89 in the fifth and last rank. As a result, it has the least relationship with social responsibility in the country
