Civilian components affecting border security

امروزه امنيت مهمترين ركن توسعه در هر جامعه مي باشد. مناطق مرزي به دليل موقعيت ژئواستراتژيك خاص و توسعه كمتر به دليل دوري از مركز، امنيت كمتر و زمينه بروز ناامني بيشتر دارند. در صده بيستم امنيت مرزها به دلايل شرايط ويژه ناشي از جنگ ها و همچنين رقابت دو بلوك شرق و غرب بيشتر معطوف به بعد نظامي بود. اما بعد از جنگ سرد اين شرايط تغيير نمود هدف پژوهش بررسي عوامل غير نظامي موثر بر امنيت مرزها بود. اين تحقيق به صورت كتابخانه اي و تحليلي صورت گرفت. نتايج نشان داد امروزه امنيت مرز ها بيشتر معطوف به ابعاد توسعه اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي و همچنين نوع رابطه و تعامل بين كشور ها و ثبات سيساسي و اقتصدي و... آنان مي باشد. لذا بهبود وضع اقتثادي مناطق مرزي از طريق بازارچه هاي مرزي و توسعه مبادلات مرزي بين كشور ها مي تواند تاثير مهمي بر ارتقاي امنيت مرز ها داشته باشد.

Today, security is the most important pillar of development in any society. Border areas have less security and more insecurity due to their special geostrategic location and less development due to their remoteness from the center. In the twentieth century, border security focused more on the military dimension due to the special circumstances of the wars and the rivalry between the East and West blocs. But after the Cold War, this situation changed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the civilian factors affecting border security. This research was conducted in a library and analytical manner. The results showed that today, border security is more focused on the dimensions of economic, social and cultural development, as well as the type of relationship and interaction between countries and their political and economic stability. Therefore, improving the economic situation of border areas through border markets and the development of border exchanges between countries can have an important impact on improving border security.
