چكيده فارسي :
ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي و اﻗﺘﺼﺎد ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي در ﺣﺎل ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، در ﺣﺎل ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺷﺪن ﺑﻪ ﯾﮑـﯽ از ارﮐـﺎن اﺻـﻠﯽ اﻗﺘﺼـﺎد ﺗﺠـﺎري ﺟﻬـﺎن اﺳـﺖ و ﺑﺴﯿﺎري از ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰان و ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺘﮕﺬاران ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻧﯿﺰ از ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان رﮐﻦ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﯾﺎد ﻣﯽﻨﻨـﺪ . در اﯾـﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ، ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ راﻫﺒﺮد ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي اﺻﻮﻟﯽ و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺰﯾـﺖ ﻫـﺎ و ﻣﺤـﺪودﯾﺖﻫـﺎي ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ، ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻮﺛﺮي در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ و ﺗﻨﻮع ﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎد ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪاي ﺑﺮﻋﻬﺪه داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿـﻞ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي و اراﺋﻪ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي اﯾﺮان اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ آﮔﺎﻫﯽ از ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺻـﻨﻌﺖ ﮔﺮدﺷـﮕﺮي در اﯾﺮان ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﺗﺤﻮﻻت و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﮐﺸﻮر ﭘﯽ ﺑﺮد. ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس، ﺳﻌﯽ ﺷـﺪه ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟـﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻮه در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي در اﯾﺮان، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺑﺰارﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ داﺧﻠﯽ و و ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ ﮐﻤﯽ، ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ در اﯾـﺮان را ﻣـﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ ﻗـﺮار SWOTﺧﺎرﺟﯽ، ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ داده و ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻫﺮﭼﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ آن راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﻮد .ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﺻـﻨﻌﺖ ﮔﺮدﺷـﮕﺮي ، اﯾﻦ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ در ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﻬﺎﺟﻤﯽ ﺿﻌﯿﻒ ﻗﺮاردارد. از اﯾـﻦ رو، ﻣﻤﮑـﻦ اﺳـﺖ در آﯾﻨـﺪه ﺑـﻪ ﺳـﻤﺖ SPACE روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ در ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺲ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋي ﻣﺤﺎﻓﻈﻪ ﮐﺎراﻧﻪ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺣﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Tourism and the tourism economy are currently becoming one of the cornerstones of the world's business economy, and many development planners and policymakers refer to the tourism industry as a key pillar of sustainable development. In this regard, the rural tourism industry as a strategy can play an effective role in the development and diversification of the regional economy by planning principles and identifying the advantages and limitations of rural tourism. The purpose of this article is to analyze the development of the tourism industry and provide appropriate strategies in the economic situation of Iran. Awareness of the conditions of the tourism industry in Iran, we can understand the nature of developments and development of this industry in the economic conditions of the country. Accordingly, due to the potential capabilities in the field of tourism in Iran, using descriptive statistics and tools such as internal and external factor evaluation matrix, SWOT matrix and quantitative strategic planning matrix, rural tourism industry in Iran has been studied and examined. Appropriate solutions should be provided to further develop it. The results showed that due to the position of rural tourism industry in SPACE matrix, this industry is in a weak offensive position. Hence, it may move towards a conservative strategy in the future.
