Influence of cavairy police on controlling sports disturbance

ناآرامي هاي ورزشي و ونداليسم نيز از آن دسته انحرافات و بزه كاري هايي است كه در جامعه نمود و ظهور يافته و نمودي بارز از مفهوم پرخاشگري مي باشند. پليس اسب سوار مي تواند به عنوان يكي از راه كارهاي بازدارنده در مقابل اين پديده اجتماعي مورد استفاده قرار گيرد. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش تبيين چگونگي بهره برداري از پليس سواره نظام در كنترل ناآرامي هاي ورزشي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل دو گروه از كاركنان واحدهاي كنترل اجتماعات يگان هاي ويژه ناجا در سطح استان تهران به تعداد 90 نفر و تماشاچيان فوتبال شركت كننده در مسابقات ورزشي بود كه با توجه به جدول مورگان 385 نفر مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و نمونه گيري به روش تصادفي ساده انجام يافت. ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي پرسشنامه اين تحقيق 879/. محاسبه شدكه نشان دهنده پايايي بالايي مي باشد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي به دست آمده، از روش هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده شد. روش هاي توصيفي شامل نمودار، محاسبه شاخص هاي مركزي و پراكندگي همانند ميانگين، انحراف معيار و درصد فراواني و روش هاي استنباطي شامل آزمون هاي t تك نمونه اي، كلموگروف-اسميرنف و فريدمن مي باشد كه توسط نرم افزار Spss انجام گرديد. بر اساس نتايج بدست آمده، از نظر هر دو گروه كاركنان پليس يگان ويزه و تماشاچيان ورزشگاه ها، كاركرد فيزيكي، فرهنگي و عملياتي حضور پليس سواره نظام در جريان مسابقات ورزشي، بر بهبود عملكرد يگان ويژه در كنترل اجتماعات ورزشي موثر است. همچنين نتيجه بكارگيري آزمون رتبه اي فريدمن نشان داد كه از نظر اعضاي جامعه آماري، كاركرد عملياتي پليس سواره نظام بيشترين تأثير را بر بهبود عملكرد يگان ويژه در كنترل اجتماعات ورزشي دارد. كاركرد هاي فيزيكي و فرهنگي در رده هاي بعدي قرار گرفتند.

Sports disturbance and vandalism are also deso deviations and delinguencies that have emeged in society and a clear manifestation of the concept of aggression. Cavalry police can be used as a deterrent to this social phenomenon. The main purpose of this study to euplain how cavalry police are used to control the sport disturbance. The statical population of this study consisted of two groups of employees and the special units of naja in the Tehran with 90 people and the football spectators pasrticipating in the sporting tournament, which according to the morgan table, 385 people were enamined and simple random sampling was done. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient is 0.8.79 for the research questionnaire whiche show the indicative of high reliability. To analys the obtained data, descriptive and inferential statics were used. Dispersion such as mean , standard deviation and inferential Methods including one-sample t-test, kolmogorov-smirnovand friedman tests performed by spss software. Based on the result, both the staff of the police and the stadiums spectators the physical, cultural and operational of the presence of cavalry police during the sporting events are effective in improving the performance of the unit in controlling the sports community. Also, the result of applying friedmans test showed that members of the statical society , the operational fanction of the cavalry police has the greatest on the improvement of the untits perfprmance in controlling the sports community.
