چكيده فارسي :
سازمان نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي، به طور خاص يگان ويژه، به دليل نقش حساسي كه در زمينه برقراري نظم و امنيت و تامين آسايش فردي و عمومي بر عهده دارد، نياز مبرمي به داشتن نيروي انساني مناسب دارد براي داشتن نيروي انساني مناسب، بايد به نيازمندي هاي كاركنان و ارتقاي شخصيت ومنزلت اجتماعي آنان توجه ويژه داشت. منزلت اجتماعي قضاوتي است كه به موجب آن، جامعه، حيثيت و محبوبيت بيشتري به فلان موقعيت يا به فلان پايگاه اجتماعي مي دهد و به طور كلي آنها را به هر دليلي به موقعيت ها و به پايگاه هاي اجتماعي ديگرترجيح مي دهد. اين پژوهش تحت عنوان «بررسي عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء منزلت اجتماعي كاركنان يگان ويژه نيروي انتظامي-تهران (ناجا)» در سال 1394 با هدف شناسائي و تبيين ديدگاه اجتماعي و همچنين كاركنان و برخي از عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقاي منزلت اجتماعي كاركنان يگان ويژه انجام شده است. اين عوامل شامل وضعيت معيشتي كاركنان، تجهيزات و امكانات، رفتار و عملكرد كاركنان و همچنين حضور در مراسمات ملي و مذهبي مي باشد. براي انجام اين پژوهش، كاركنان يگان ويژه ناجا در استان تهران (150 نفر) و همچنين دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد رشته علوم اجتماعي دانشگاه تهران و دانشگاه علامه تهران، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و از طريق 250 پرسشنامه، داده هاي لازم جمع آوري گرديد و سپس با استفاده از آزمون هاي آماري مورد بررسي و تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه متغير هاي وضعيت معيشتي كاركنان، تجهيزات و امكانات، رفتار و عملكرد كاركنان و همچنين حضور در مراسمات ملي و مذهبي بر منزلت اجتماعي كاركنان يگان ويژه تأثير دارند. بنابراين، پيشنهاد گرديده كه پليس براى افزايش شأن و منزلت خود در ميان مردم، بايد اقتدار و توانمندي خود را در حين انجام وظايف و عملكرد خود بيفزايد.

Islamic Republic of Iran Police Organization Specifically, the Special Unit, due to the critical role it plays in order to ensure order and security and to provide both personal and public comfort, needs to have the necessary human resources. To have the appropriate manpower, it must meet the employee's requirements and promote the personality and position of their social attention was particular interest. The social status of the judiciary, by virtue of which the community, dignity and more popularity to a position and a social base, and in general, preferring them to each other to other social bases and locations. This research was carried out in 2013 with the aim of identifying and explaining the social perspective as well as employees and some of the factors influencing the social status of the staff of the special unit. These include the financial status of the staff, equipment and facilities, the behavior and performance of the staff, as well as attending national and religious ceremonies. for this research, the staff of the special unit of NAJA in Tehran province (150) as well as the students of social sciences in Tehran University and Allameh University were selected as sample. Data was collected through 250 questionnaires and then by The statistical tests were analyzed and analyzed. The results of the research show that the variables of financial status of employees, equipment and facilities, behavior and performance of employees, as well as participation in national and religious ceremonies, affect the social status of employees of special units. Therefore, it is suggested that the police increase their authority and ability while performing their duties and functions in order to increase their position among the people.
