چكيده فارسي :
دفتر نظارت همگاني با بهر ه گيري از پتانسيل موجود در جامعه، سهيم نمودن و جلب مشاركت
مردم مي تواند بيش از پيش آن ها را در برقراري نظم و حفظ امنيت جامعه دخيل نمايد. اين پژوهش
با هدف بررسي رابطه عملكرد دفتر نظارت همگاني با جلب سرمايه اجتماعي شهروندان در شهر
كرمانشاه در سال 1393 اجرا شده است. روش تحقيق توصيفي- پيمايشي و جامعه آماري پژوهش
متشكل از 1805 نفر از شهروندان تما سگيرنده با دفتر نظارت همگاني بازرسي انتظامي استان
كرمانشاه در 6 ماهه اول سال 1393 و نيز شهرونداني كه به صورت حضوري به اين واحد مراجعه
نموده اند مي باشد. حجم نمونه به تعداد 317 نفر (برابر جدول كاتمن) انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش
پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده كه پس از تأييد روايي و پايايي آن و توزيع و استخراج نتايج و آزمون
فرضيات، مشخص گرديد كه بين عملكرد دفاتر نظارت همگاني با جلب اعتماد اجتماعي شهروندان،
مشاركت اجتماعي نسبت به پليس و ارتقاء روابط اجتماعي مردم و پليس و در نهايت جلب سرمايه
اجتماعي شهروندان رابطه معناداري وجود دارد.
