چكيده فارسي :
يكي از عوامل ترقي و پيشرفت سازمان‌ها، مسائل ساختاري است. با نگرش به تحول و پيشرفت جوامع، ساختار سازمان‌ها نيز با توجه به تغييرات محيط پيرامون آن‌ها بايد مورد بازنگري و اصلاح قرار گيرند. هدف از اين تحقيق بررسي تأثير ساختار سازماني پليس اطلاعات و امنيت عمومي فرماندهي انتظامي استان كرمانشاه بر اشراف اطلاعاتي در محدوده زماني سال 1393 هجري شمسي انجام پذيرفته است. تحقيق حاضر از نظر ماهيت و اهداف كاربردي بوده و از نظر جمع‌آوري داده‌ها و اطلاعات لازم از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و طراحي و توزيع پرسشنامه‌اي جهت آزمون فرضيه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل كليه فرماندهان و مديران اطلاعات شهرستان‌هاي تابعه انتظامي استان كرمانشاه و هم‌چنين رؤساي ادارات تابعه حوزه مركزي پاوا. فرماندهي انتظامي استان كرمانشاه مي‌باشد كه 34 نفر هستند. به دليل كوچكي و محدود بودن جامعه آماري انتخاب نمونه و نمونه‌گيري در اين تحقيق موردي نبوده و كل جامعه آماري مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. براي آزمون فرضيات مورد اشاره، نظرات جامعه آماري از طريق پرسشنامه (يك آزمون 58 سؤالي)، با روش تمام شماري جمع‌آوري گرديد و سپس از طريق نرم‌افزار spss داده‌هاي آماري مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. هم‌چنين براي تجزيه‌وتحليل فرضيه از آزمون كاي اسكوار و آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتايج حاصله هر پنج فرضيه مذكور مورد اثبات قرار گرفت و با توجه به نتايج به دست آمده مي‌‌توان اظهار نظر نمود كه با توجه به عناصر تشكيل دهنده ساختارسازماني و شاخص‌هاي مربوطه و بر طبق نتايج به‌دست‌آمده، ضرورت دارد كه ساختار سازماني پاوا فرماندهي انتظامي استان كرمانشاه مورد بازنگري و اصلاح قرار گيرد.
چكيده لاتين :
One of the factors of the development and progress of the organizations is the structural concerns. Therefore, with a view to the development and progress of societies, the structure of the organizations should be reviewed and modified with respect to changes in the environment. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the organizational structure of the police and public security police chief of Kermanshah on information dominance that was conducted in the time span since 1393 Solar year. The present study, regarding the nature and objectives, is an applied one, and the data collection was conducted through library studies. To test the hypotheses we distributed questionnaires among the subjects. The study population included all law enforcement officers and information managers of Kermanshah province, as well as heads of departments within the central district Pawe F.a.a. Kermanshah who were a total of 34 people. It is worth mentioning that due to the small population and limited sampling, we surveyed all the subjects. To test the above assumptions, opinions from subjects, gathered through the questionnaire (58 questions), were collected using all the scores and SPSS statistical data Software for the evaluation. Also, to analyze the hypotheses, the Chi-squared test Cronbach's alpha test were used. According to the results from all the five mentioned hypotheses, it can be claimed that regarding the components of organizational structure and related indicators, and also the achieved results, it's necessary to review and modify Pawe's organizational structure of Kermanshah.
