نقش سازمان‌هاي مردم نهاد در نقش‌پذيري جوامع در برابر جرائم انتظامي

The role of NGOs in the role of law enforcement communities against crime

هدف از تحقيق حاضر، بررسي نقش سازمان‌هاي مردم‌نهاد در نقش‌پذيري جوامع در برابر جرائم انتظامي است. نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران يكي از دستگاه‌هاي اصلي و كليدي در برقراري نظم و امنيت فردي و اجتماعي در جامعه است. از استراتژي‌هاي مهم ناجا در برقراري نظم و امنيت پايدار با توجه به اصل پيشگيري از جرائم بر مبناي به مشاركت طلبيدن سازمان‌ها، نهادهاي دولتي و خصوصي و آحاد افراد جامعه است. سازمان‌هاي مردم‌نهاد (سمن)، نظام پنهان ارتقاي سلامت جامعه هستند. اين سازمان‌هاي داوطلب، مستقل از دولت بوده و در عين غيرانتفاعي بودن، در خدمت مردم هستند و به همين دليل، صداي مردم ناميده مي‌شوند. سمن‌ها، نماد و واسط مشاركت مردم هستند و مشاركت مردم نيز يكي از بازوهاي اصلي ارتقاي سلامت، كاهش فقر و جرم و بي‌عدالتي در سلامت جوامع است. بنابراين همكاري و تعامل پليس با سازمان‌هاي مردم‌نهاد مي‌تواند نقش بسزايي در جهت پيشگيري از جرائم انتظامي داشته باشد.

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of NGOs in the communities of offenses against the law. Police Islamic Republic of Iran one of the devices is key to individual and social order and security in society. One important strategy for sustainable security police in restoring order and according to the principle of seeking partnerships based crime prevention organizations, government entities and private individuals and members of society. Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), community health promotion system are hidden. This voluntary organizations, independent from the government, and hence a non-profit, serving the people, and for this reason, called the voice of the people. NGOs, symbols and interface are public participation and public participation as well as an arm of the promotion of health, reduce poverty and injustice, crime and health communities. So police cooperation with NGOs can have an important role in crime prevention police.
