Relationship between Perfectionism, Emotional Intelligence and Positive Thinking with Ethical Values in Students

زمينه: فضيلت هاي اخلاقي در توسعه فرهنگ و احترام به حقوق متقابل انساني در دانشجويان از اهميت برخوردار است، شناسايي مولفه هاي ارتقاء اخلاق مي تواند مهم باشد لذا هدف از اين مطالعه رابطه كمال گرايي، هوش عاطفي و تفكر مثبت با ارزش اخلاقي در دانشجويان بود. روش: روش پژوهش توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري كليه دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد نجف آباد در سال تحصيلي 95-96 بودند كه با نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي 390 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش متشكل از پرسشنامه هوش هيجاني شرينگ ، كمال گرايي تري شورت ، تفكر مثبت كارور و شي ير و پرسشنامه ارزش هاي اخلاقي هايت و گرام بود. داده هاي تحقيق با استفاده از آزمون ضريب همبستگي و رگرسيون تحليل شد. يافته ها: يافته ها نشان داد كه كمال گرايي مثبت، توان پيش بيني ارزش مراقبه، عدالت، وفاداري، احترام به مرجعيت و خلوص را دارد. خوداگاهي، مراقبت را پيش بيني مي كند و همدلي، عدالت را پيش بيني مي كند. خودانگيزي توان پيش بيني وفاداري را دارد. هوش عاطفي وتفكر مثبت وفاداري را پيش بيني مي كند. 26 درصد از واريانس ارزش هاي اخلاقي از طريق كمال گرايي مثبت، هوش عاطفي و تفكر مثبت قابل تبيين است. نتيجه گيري: كمال گرايي مثبت ، هوش عاطفي و تفكر مثبت مي تواند مولفه هاي ارزش هاي اخلاقي را پيش بيني كنند.

Background: Moral virtues are important in the development of culture and respect for human rights in students. Identifying the components of moral promotion can be important, so the purpose of this study was the relationship between perfectionism, emotional intelligence and positive thinking with moral value in students. Method: The research method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population was all students of Najafabad Azad University in the academic year of 2016-2017 who were selected by stratified random sampling of 390 people. The research instruments consisted of the Shrink emotional intelligence questionnaire, Terry-Short perfectionism, Carver and Scheier positive thinking, and the Haidt and Graham ethical values questionnaire. Research data were analyzed using correlation coefficient and regression tests. Results: The findings showed that positive perfectionism can predict the value of meditation, justice, loyalty, respect for authority and purity. Self-awareness predicts care and empathy predicts justice. Spontaneity can predict loyalty. Predicts emotional intelligence and positive thinking, loyalty. 26% of the variance of moral values ​​can be explained through positive perfectionism, emotional intelligence and positive thinking. Conclusion: Positive perfectionism, emotional intelligence and positive thinking can predict the components of moral values.
