كشف الگوهاي كليك كاربران براي استفاده در پرس و جو در پايگاه هاي اطلاعاتي

Exploration of clicking patterns of database users

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر استفاده از بازخورد رفتاري فرد، در بازيابي اطلاعات بود. به اين منظور كاربران با محدوده مطالعاتي مشخص مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و برخي از جستجوهاي آنها به عنوان نمونه رفتار بررسي شد. روش‌شناسي: پژوهش حاضر از نوع كاربردي است كه با استفاده از روش مشاهده اجرا شده است. اين مطالعه با همكاري30 نفر از دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي با پيشينه تخصص در جستجوي اطلاعات انجام شد. از تعداد30 شركت‌كننده، 15 نفر زن و 15 نفر مرد از گروه سني 35-29 بودند. تمام فرايند جستجوي انجام شده از سوي هر يك از آزمودني‌ها به وسيلۀ نرم‌افزار تصويربرداري از صفحه نمايش ذخيره شد. آنچه كه در اين پژوهش بكار رفته مطالعه موردي است. جامعه مورد مطالعه، كاربران بخش جستجوي پژوهشگاه علوم و فناوري اطلاعات بودند. در اين مطالعه تلاش شد روند بازيابي اطلاعات توسط افراد مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. يافته‌ها: الگوي جستجوهاي انجام شده، در بيشتر موارد به صورت كلي به جزئي و اختصاصي است. شركت‌كنندگان جستجويشان را با اطلاعات كلي مانند معرفي و بررسي حقايق شروع نموده و سپس هر يك بر روي جنبه‌هاي خاصي تمركز كردند. در بعضي موارد، كاربران در حين جستجو ايده‌هاي جديدي بدست آوردند. با توجه به نتايج به دست آمده، پيشينه كلي، دانش موضوعي، محدوده زمان و ابزارهاي در اختيار، پاسخ مورد نظر را تحت تاثير قرار مي‌دهد. نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به تجزيه و تحليل يافته‌ها مي‌‌توان نتيجه گرفت كه جهت افزايش سطح مهارت اطلاع‌يابي كاربران فعلي و آينده، بايد دوره آموزشي تخصصي بازيابي اطلاعات براي همه طبقات كاربران برگزار گردد. در راستاي افزايش سطح دسترسي كاربران پيشنهاد مي‌گردد تمهيداتي جهت تهيه، افزايش، روزآمدسازي و غناي منابع اطلاعاتي الكترونيكي و آموزش استفاده از اين منابع براي تمام كاربران با مرتبه‌هاي علمي مختلف انديشيده شود.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to use individual behavioral feedback in information retrieval. For this purpose, users are examined with a specific range of studies and some of their searches are considered as examples of their behavior. Methodology: The present case study is applied research that has been carried out using the observation method. The study was conducted in collaboration with 30 students with a background in the search for information. Out of 30 participants, 15 were women and 15 were men in the age group of 35-39. The entire search process performed by each subject was saved by the screen imaging software. The study population was the users of the search section of the Information Science and Technology Research Institute. In this study, an attempt was made to examine the process of information retrieval by individuals. Findings: The pattern of searches performed in most cases is from a general to a specific approach. The participants started their search sessions by looking for holistic information such as searching for learning and analyzing the facts and then continued to more specific areas. The findings showed that background, general knowledge, time and available tools are the factors that impact the results for a user. Conclusion: according to the results, it is concluded that in order to increase the information skills of current and future users, a specialized training course on information retrieval should be held for all classes of users. In order to increase the level of accessibility of users, it is recommended to think about provision, enhancement, updating and enrichment of electronic information resources and training of the use of these resources for all users of different scientific degrees.
