Developing a Remote Terminal Unit Circuit and Secure Wireless Transmission of Information

در سيستم‌هاي كنترل و قدرت امروزي، يكي از مهمترين مسائل، پايش بلادرنگ سيستم، به منظور حفظ شرايط كاركرد عادي و نزديك كردن سيستم به شرايط كاركرد بهينه مي‌باشد. به مجموعه سيستم‌هاي پايش، از واحدهاي جمع‌آوري داده در پست‌ها تا سيستم‌هاي تله‌متري و انتقال داده و سيستم‌هاي كامپيوتري موجود در مراكز كنترل، سيستم‌هاي مديريت انرژي گفته مي‌شود. Remote Terminal Unit وسيله‌اي است كه در مكانهاي دور از دسترس قرار داده مي‌شود و اطلاعات خاصي را كه بوسيله ثبت‌كننده داده و سنسورهاي متصل به آن تهيه شده را به صورت كد جمع آوري نموده و ذخيره‌سازي مي‌نمايد و در صورت لزوم با اتصال به آن از راه دور مي‌توان آن اطلاعات را دريافت و يا به صورت بلادرنگ مشاهده كرد. همچنين مي‌توان از راه دور به اين سيستم، پيام‌هايي را ارسال كرد و تغييراتي را در محل مانند روشن كردن رله جهت كنترل موتور تهويه، چراغ يا گرم كننده ايجاد نمود. نمونه‌هاي خارجي اين دستگاه با امكانات محدود و با قيمتهاي بالا در كشور وجود دارد. در اين پژوهش سعي شده است سيستمي طراحي و ارائه شود كه با كمترين قيمت در مقايسه با مدل خارجي و امكانات بسيار بالاتر مانند استفاده از ارتباطات سيار و عدم نياز به مودم خارجي، به بهبود آن اقدام شود.

One of the most important issues in the modern control and power systems is real-time monitoring of the system to maintain normal operating conditions and bring the system closer to optimal operating conditions. The set of monitoring systems, from data collection units in substations to the telemetry, data transmission systems and computer systems in control centers is called the energy management systems. RTU is a device that is placed in places out of reach, it collects and stores certain information provided by the registrar and sensors connected to it in the form of codes, and it can be connected remotely if necessary to receive information or see it in real time. It is also possible to send messages remotely to the system and make changes to the location, such as turning on the relay to control the air conditioning system, lights or heater. There are foreign examples of this device with limited facilities and high prices in Iran. In this study, an attempt has been made to design and present a system that can be improved at the lowest price compared to the foreign model and with much higher features such as the use of mobile communications and the lack of need for an external modem.
