بهترين راه كارها در حمايت از شهود در پرونده هاي كيفري مرجع بسيار مفيدي خواهد بود كه بر اساس تجارب كشورهاي عضو در ايجاد و راه اندازي برنامه هاي موثر و پايدار براي حمايت از آن ها تهيه شده است. در كشورهاي مختلف تجارب گوناگوني در اين زمينه وجود دارد. لذا بهترين راه كاري كه در اين تحقيق ارايه شده است از هيچ مدل خاص حمايت از شهود جانب داري نكرده و آن را ترويج نمي دهد بلكه قصد دارد ضمن درك موجود از مسايل پيرامون اين حوزه حساس، چالش هاي فرا روي كشورها هنگام پرداختن به خطراتي كه شهود را از سوي گروه هاي مجرم تهديد مي كند را احصاء و رويكرد هاي بين المللي موجود در زمينه حمايت از شهود را بررسي نمايد. بهترين راه كار براي استفاده سياست گذاران، حقوق دانان، ضابطين و مجريان قانون رويكردي كل نگرانه به حمايت از شهود است. اين راه كارها مجموعه اي از تدابير و اقداماتي را معرفي مي كنند كه براي تامين در مقابل ارعاب و تهديدات جاني و انسجام فردي اشخاص در محاكم كيفري شهادت مي دهند، مي توان اتخاذ كرد. اين تدابير، پيوستاري از حمايت را ارايه كه با شناسايي اوليه شهود آسيب پذير يا شهود مورد تهديد آغاز و با مديريت شهود از سوي پليس و تصويب قوانين لازم براي حفاظت از هويت شاهد هنگام شهادت ادامه يافته و در موارد حاد با تغيير دائمي هويت و انتقال فرد به مكاني جديد پايان مي يابد. تحقيق حاصل براساس مطالعات كتابخانه اي از منابع موجود در معاونت اطلاعات بين الملل و منطقه اي پليس مبارزه با مواد مخدر ناجا تهيه شده و تاكنون تحقيقي از اين دست صورت نپذيرفته است.

Abstract: The best way to support intuition in crimin al cases, is to be a very useful reference,based on the experiences of member states in setting up and launching effective and sustainable programs to support them. In different countries, there are various experiences in this field. Has it.therefre, the best way in this research is not to suppress and promote any particular model of support for intuition ,but it intends,while under standing, the issues surrounding this sensitive are a to challenge countries when addressing the dangers that thre atens witnesses from offender groups to review the existing international approaches to supporting witnesses the best way to use policymakers lawyers , law enforcers, and law enforcers is to adopt aholistic approach to supporting witnesses. These strategies introduce a set of measures and measures that are designed to safeguard against intimidation and threats and individual integrity of individuals. They can testify in the penal court these measures provide a continuum of protection that has been initiated by initial identification of vulnerable intuitionor intimidation threatened with the administratin of witnesses by the police and approval of the laws necessary to protect witnessidentity during martyrdom and, in acute cases by permanent change ofidentity and transmission the person ends in a new place theresearch is based on library studies of the resources available at the international in formatin and regionl inform ation center of the narja narcotics police and so far noresearch has been done on this.
