Explaining the individual and organizational characteristics of the agent of discovery of antnarcotics police

هدف از تحقيق حاضر تبيين ويژگي هاي فردي و سازماني مامورين كشف جرم پليس مبارزه با مواد مخدر بوده كه بايستي ماموريني كه در اين زمينه فعاليت دارند اين ويژگي ها را داشته باشند. به همين منظور، از بين كليه كاركنان پليس مبارزه با مواد مخدر در شهر تهران با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري غير احتمالي هدفمند 120 نفر از كارشناسان خبره عملياتي كه به طور مستقيم در امر كشف جرم فعاليت دارند انتخاب شدند. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه ضريب آلفا همه خرده مقياس ها در سطح مطلوب قرار دارد. بنابراين پايايي ابزار تحقيق مورد تائيد مي باشد. ميزان ويژگي هاي فردي و سازماني مامورين كشف جرم نتايج نشان مي دهد كه مولفه انضباط، مولفه صبر و حوصله، مولفه هوش، مولفه مهارت تيراندازي، مولفه مسئوليت پذيري، مولفه سخت كوشي، مولفه شور و مشورت و مولفه اخلاق حرفه اي بالاتر از حد متوسط مي باشد. جهت بررسي سوالات پژوهش از آزمون تي استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه در همه مولفه هاي انضباط، صبر و حوصله، هوش اجتماعي، مهارت تير اندازي، مسئوليت پذيري، سخت كوشي، شور و مشورت و اخلاق حرفه اي ميانگين ويژگي هاي فردي و سازماني مامورين كشف جرم پليس مبارزه با مواد مخدر بالاتر از حد متوسط است.

The purpose of the research is to explain the individual and organizational characteristics of the agent of discovery of antnarcotics police who must have these attributes. For this purpose, 120 experts from operational experts who were directly involved in crime detection were selected from among the anti-narcotics police personnel in Tehran by using a non-probabilistic sampling method. The results of the research showed that the alpha coeffcient of all the small scales was at a desirable level. Therefore, the reliability of the research tool is approved. Individual and organizational characteristics of crime detection offcers show that the discipline, patience, intelligence. Shooting skills, accountability, hard work, counseling and the component of professional ethics are more than tangible. T-test was used to examine the research questions. The results showed that in all of the above components, the average individual and organizational characteristic of the detectives of the crime of the anti-narcotics police were higher than the average.
