بررسي تاثير ويژگي هاي شخصيتي بر رفتار پرخاشگرانه در افراد مرتكب نزاع و درگيري(مطالعه موردي: شهر اردبيل در سال 1395-1394)

The study of personal characteristic effect on aggressive behaviors in people who commit quarrel and fight people

رفتار پرخاشگرانه افراد تحت تاثير عوامل متعددي قرار مي گيرد. يكي از اين مولفه ها ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي آنان است. نوع شخصيت افراد عامل تعيين كننده اي است كه مي تواند بروز رفتار پرخاشگرانه را تشديد كرده و يا مانع آن شود. لذا با توجه به اهميت ويژگي هاي شخصيتي افراد در رفتار پرخاشگرانه، اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي رابطه بين اين دو عامل را انجام پذيرفت. جامعه آماري در اين مطالعه شامل كلّيه‌ مراجعين به علّت نزاع و درگيري به مراكز انتظامي شهر اردبيل در سال 1395-1394 مي باشد كه از ميان آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري در دسترس،150 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شده است. در اين تحقيق براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌ شخصيتي نئو و پرسشنامه‌ پرخاشگري باس و پري AQ و براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها نيز از آزمون ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل رگرسيون استفاده شده است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه بين ويژگي شخصيتي روان ‌رنجورخويي با رفتار پرخاشگرانه رابطه‌ي مثبت معنادار و بين ويژگي شخصيتي برون‌گرايي و مسئوليت‌پذيري با رفتار پرخاشگرانه رابطه‌ي منفي معناداري وجود دارد. اما بين ويژگي شخصيتي انعطاف‌پذيربودن و ويژگي شخصيتي دلپذيربودن با رفتار پرخاشگرانه رابطه‌ي معناداري وجود ندارد. بنابراين مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه از طريق بررسي و كنترل ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي افراد مي‌توان از بروز رفتارهاي پرخاشگرايانه پيشگيري به عمل آورد.

people's aggressive behaviors are affected by different factors. one of these factors is the characteristic of their personalities. what kind of personality a person has, can be a main factor to prevent or even intensify these aggressive behaviors. due to the importance of personality characteristic of a person in aggressive behaviors, this study aims to find the relationship between these two factors. in this study we have used all the records of violent conflict and quarrel, which were recorded in police stations in Ardabil from 1394 to 1395, that among them 150 people were selected by sampling as our sample size. for collecting information, we have used Neo personality questionnaire, AQ aggressive questionnaires in this study, and also for analyzing the information we've used Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis. the findings of our research show us that there has been a positive p-value relationship between neurosis personality and aggressive behaviors, but on the other hand there is a negative p-value relationship extroversion and being responsible with aggressive behaviors. But there has been no significant relationship between flexibility and kindness with aggressive behavior.as a result we can conclude that, by studying and controlling the characteristics of a person's personality we can prevent them from having aggressive behaviors.
