بررسي علل و انگيزه هاي روانشناختي وقوع خودكشي در استان اردبيل

Study of the reasons and ulterior motives for committing suicide in Ardabil city

خودكشي يكي از معضلات جوامع امروزي در دنيا بوده كه با وجود پيشرفت‌هاي مختلف در عرصه‌هاي گوناگون اجتماعي، فرهنگي و اقتصادي و... در حال افزايش است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي علل و انگيزه هاي روانشناختي وقوع خودكشي در استان اردبيل اجرا شد. روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي مي باشد. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل تمامي مراجعه كنندگان به بيمارستان هاي امام خميني و فاطمي و همچنين دانش آموزان و دانشجوياني كه در سال 1395 اقدام به خودكشي داشتند بودند، از اين تعداد 200 نفر با روش نمونه‌گيري در‌‌دسترس انتخاب شدند. براي سنجش متغيرهاي مورد مطالعه از مقياس تشخيص افراد در معرض خودكشي و چك ليست نشانه هاي اختلالات رواني استفاده شد، جهت تجزيه و تحليل سوالات و فرضيه هاي پژوهش از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل رگرسون چند متغيري و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار 21 SPSS استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين اختلالات رواني با اقدام به خودكشي در افراد ارتباط معني داري وجود دارد. در نتيجه مي توان گفت عوامل روانشناختي همچون اختلالات رواني مجموعه‌اي از ويژگي هايي هستند كه در خودكشي نقش دارند.

Nowadays, the social problem so-called "suicide" has become a serious one in the world despite the improvements and developments that have taken place in social, cultural and economic fields, and it is still increasing these days. The current study has been done so as to find out about the reasons and possible psychological motives for committing suicide in Ardabil city. The method used in this study is a correlated descriptive one. The statistical population in this study includes all those who have referred to Imam Khomeini and Fatemi hospitals and also all those school and college students who have committed suicide in 1395, 200 people were selected out of the whole group using convenient method of sampling. Pearson correlation coefficient and multi-variable regression have been used by SPSS 21 in order to evaluate the variables being studied and also the used diagnostic scale for thepersons on the verge of suicide and checklists showing mental disorders.The results showed a meaningful relation between the mental disorders and suicide. Consequently, it can be claimed that psychological factors such as mental disorders are of the features that can largely affect suicide.
