Designing a Cconceptual Model for Implementing the Islamic-Iranian Model of Progress with an Emphasis on the Statements of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution

الگو نقشه جامعي براي حركت در مسير تعالي است و از اين رو بررسي ابعاد و مؤلفههاي تأثيرگذار بر الگوي پيشرفت و توسعه با تأكيد بر اسلامي و ايراني بودن از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. الگوي پيشرفت بايد كاملا منطبق بر محيط آينده باشد تا بتواند از ناهمواري هاي آينده عبور كند و اثرگذار باشد. مساله اين است كه بسياري از سندهايي كه در كشور تنظيم ميشوند قابليت اجرا ندارند و اغلب ظرفيت اجرايي شدن ندارند. علت هم اين است كه آرمانهايي كه در اين سندها آمده با آرمانهاي نسل بعدي كه قرار است اين سندها را اجرا كنند، همخواني ندارند. به عبارتي ارزش شناختي ما با ارزش شناختي نسل بعدي متفاوت است. همچنين بررسي آثار و پيامدهاي توسعه در كشور ما نشان ميدهد كه توسعه به سبك غربي از يك سو نتوانسته باعث توسعه و پيشرفت كشور گردد و از سوي ديگر نيز باعث كمرنگ شدن ارزشهاي اسلامي-ايراني نيز شده است. دليل اين امر را بايد در تفاوت بين مباني، اقتضائات و غايات توسعه با مباني و غايات جامعهي اسلامي ايران جستجو كرد، لذا اين امر ضرورت طراحي الگويي متناسب با جامعه اسلامي و ايراني را ايجاب ميكند. در اين پژوهش با شناسايي مؤلفههاي تأثيرگذار بر الگوي اسلامي- ايراني پيشرفت به طراحي الگوي پيشرفت و توسعه متناسب با جامعه اسلامي ايران پرداخته ميشود. در اين پژوهش، كه تاكيد بر اجرايي شدن الگو در آينده است، ابتدا با مرور ادبيات نظري به بررسي مفاهيمي

The model is a comprehensive blueprint for growth in the path of excellence. Thus, considering the dimensions and elements transforming the model of development with an emphasis on Islamic and Iranian form is extraordinary. The development pattern must be fully consistent with future circumstances so that it can pass through the turbulent future and be valid. The problem is that many documents that have drafted in the country are not achievable and often cannot be implemented. The reason is that the ultimate goals in these reports are not in compliance with the ideals of the next generation who have to implement the. In other words, our cognitive value is different from the cognitive value of the next generation. Moreover, the examination of the results and consequences of development in our country proves that western-style development not only has not led to the progress of the country yet worst, it has also diminished Islamic-Iranian values. The rationale behind this is in the difference between the principles, requirements, and objectives of development with the principles and objectives of the Islamic society of Iran, therefore, this necessitates the arrangement of a model relevant to the Islamic and Iranian civilization. This research, which highlights the implementation of the model in the future, firstly, theoretical literature has been reviewed, we analyze concepts such as progress, development, the Islamic-Iranian form, and the correlation between the Islamic-Iranian model with the concept of progress and development.
