پژوهش حاضر با هدف و به منظور شناخت انواع جرايم در بستر وب تاريك و همچنين ابعاد تاثيرگذار وب تاريك در گسترش جرايم صورت گرفته است. انجام شده است. ناشناس بودن پيرامون وب تاريك، راه بسياري از فعاليت هاي غيرقانوني را هموار مي كند. دسترسي به اين وب راهكارهاي خاصي را مي طلبد و محتوايي اغلب غيرمنتظره در آن تبادل مي شود. اين محتوا در بيشتر موارد غيرقانوني و غيراخلاقي بوده و دليل تاريك ناميدن اين بخش از همان جا نشات گرفته است. همچنين يافته ها نشان مي دهد، رشد سريع تكنولوژي، فضاي سايبري در سراسر جهان را با تهديد و چالش مهمي مواجه نموده است. دسترسي به شبكه هاي دارك وب راحت نيست، اما همه چيز در آن ها خريد و فروش مي شود؛ از موادمخدر و ارز تقلبي گرفته تا اعضاي بدن انسان و حتي قاتل! نكته مهم در شبكه دارك وب اينكه چه چيزهايي را مي توان در اين شبكه ها خريد يا فروخت، بايد اينطور گفت: هر چيزي كه در دنياي عادي نمي توانيد به راحتي به آن دسترسي پيدا كنيد را مي توانيد در اين شبكه ها بخريد. اين جنايات تا حدي گسترده شده است زيرا دانش فني مجرمان نيز پيشرفته تر شده است. اين پژوهش با رويكرد كاربردي و روش كيفي و با بهره گيري از ابزارهايي مانند مطالعات اسنادي، كتابخانه اي و بررسي سوابق، بررسي تحليلي اخبار، مصاحبه با خبرگان و تحليل محتوا سعي گرديده تا ابتدا تعاريف كلي از اصطلاحات تخصصي و پركاربرد، چگونگي شكل گيري دارك وب و خصوصيات آن معرفي و سپس به انواع جرايم ارتكابي در بستر وب تاريك، بازارها و سايت هاي معروف در اين بستر، كالاها و خدمات غيرقانوني و مجرمانه ارايه شده در اين حوزه و تكنيك هايي براي يافتن مجرمان در وب عميق، پرداخته شده است.

The important point about the dark web network is what can be bought or sold on these networks: Anything that you can not easily access in the normal world can be bought on these networks. These crimes have spread to some extent because the technical knowledge of criminals has also become more advanced. This research is intended, with a practical approach and qualitative method and using tools such as documentary studies, libraries and review of records, analytical review of news, interviews with experts and content analysis , to firstly provide general definitions of specialized and widely used terms, how to form dark web and its characteristics and then introduce all kinds of crimes committed in the dark web platform, markets and famous sites in this platform, illegal and criminal goods and services provided in this field and techniques for finding criminals in the deep web, as well.
