تدوين سناريوهاي مؤثر بر تأثيرات ژئواكونوميكي شيوع كرونا

ژئواكونومي، دانش طراحي و باز آفريني استراتژي­هاي بازيگران با استفاده از منابع جغرافياي قدرت با ماهيت اقتصادي در مناسبات فروملي، ملي، منطقه­ اي و جهاني هستند. شيوع ويروس كرونا تأثيرات مختلفي را بر وضعيت ژئواكونوميكي جهان بر جاي گذاشته است. در اين تحقيق تلاش شده تا تأثيرات ژئواكونوميكي شيوع ويروس كرونا بر ساختار جهان را بر اساس روش آينده­ نگاري بررسي و تحليل نمايد. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف، كاربردي و نوع روش پژوهش توصيفي‌ـ‌تحليلي است. ماهيت داده ­ها كمي و كيفي بوده و روش گردآوري داده ­ها و اطلاعات به‌صورت كتابخانه ­اي، اسنادي و پيمايشي است. تجزيه وتحليل داده­ها مبتني بر تكنيك­هاي آينده­پژوهي از جمله تحليل تأثيرات متقابل است. در اين تحقيق براي 7 عامل كليدي در مجموع 35 حالت (عدم قطعيت) در نظر گرفته شده است، نتايج تحقيق نشان مي­دهد از بين سناريوهاي تدوين شده، 7 سناريوي قوي و محتمل، 4706 سناريوي با سازگاري ضعيف پيش­روي آينده وضعيت ژئواكونوميكي ناشي از شيوع ويروس كرونا وجود دارد. از 7 سناريوي قوي و محتمل، 4 سناريو وضعيت نامطلوب، 2 سناريو وضعيت مطلوب، 1 سناريو نيز داراي وضعيت ايستا و بينابيني است. از بين سناريوهاي مطلوب سناريوي 7 بهترين و از بين سناريوهاي نا مطلوب نيز سناريوي 4 بدترين و محتمل­ترين سناريوي آينده وضعيت ژئواكونوميكي ناشي از شيوع ويروس كرونا است.

The developments of the last decades of the twentieth century have paved the way for the growth of acting and the role of the economy in the global arena, and have given meaning to the concept of geoeconomics. Geoeconomics, which is the knowledge of designing and recreating actors' strategies using the geographical resources of power with economic nature in the relations of different scales, has become one of the leading fields of interpretation and analysis of global issues and the structure of power and actions between actors. Is. The prevalence of coronavirus has had various effects on the global space, and in the present study, an attempt has been made to analyze the scenarios facing actors in the global space by geoeconomic approach using the foresight method. In this study, an attempt has been made to study and analyze the geoeconomic effects of coronavirus outbreak on the structure of the world based on the foresight method. The present study is descriptive-analytical in terms of purpose, application and type of research method. The nature of the data is quantitative and qualitative, and the method of data and information collection is library, documentary, and survey. Data analysis is based on future research techniques, including the analysis of interactions. In this study, a total of 35 modes (uncertainties) were considered for 7 key factors. The results show that among the developed scenarios, 7 strong and probable scenarios, 4706 scenarios with poor adaptation to the future progress of the resulting geoeconomic situation.
