ماديان هزار دادستان متني متعلق به اواخر دوره ساساني يعني قرن هفت ميلادي است و دربردارنده مسايل حقوقي در دوره پيش از اسلام است. بررسي و تحليل دو فصل از اين متن، مراحل انتقال دارايي و قوانين آن را آشكار مي كند. يكي از اين دو فصل مربوط به واگذاري دارايي است و در آن چگونگي انتقال دارايي از فردي به شخص ديگر بيان مي شود. فصل ديگر، چگونگي پذيرش آن دارايي را از سوي دريافت كننده بيان مي كند. هدف از اين پژوهش بيان مراحل انتقال دارايي و قوانين آن است. و تلاش مي كند به اين پرسش پاسخ دهد كه براي انتقال دارايي چه كارهايي بايد انجام مي شد و چه قوانيني براي آن وجود داشت؟ بر اساس اين متن هر كسي اختيار داشت از دارايي خويش، چيزي را به كسي واگذار كند. در اولين مرحله از واگذاري، فرد تمايل خود را براي واگذاري، بيان مي كرد و به اصطلاح اظهار مالكيت مي كرد. پس از اظهار مالكيت، دارايي از اختيار فرد واگذاركننده خارج مي شد و در اختيار دريافت كننده قرار مي گرفت؛ اما شرط مالكيت نهايي اين بود كه دريافت كننده اعلام پذيرش مي كرد و اظهار مي داشت، دارايي را پذيرفته است. اظهار مالكيت و پذيرش دارايي بايد به دقت بيان و ثبت مي شد و واگذاري و پذيرش آن در اين صورت كاملا قانوني بود.

Mādayān ī hazār dādestān is a text that belong to late Sassanid era, the 7th century AD,and covers legal issues in the pre-Islamic period. Analyzing two chapters of this text reveals the steps of asset transfer and its rules. One of them is related to the transfer of assets, which describes how to transfer assets from one person to another. The next chapter has been described how the recipient will accept the asset. The purpose of this research is to describe the steps of asset transfer and its rules. an‎d it tries to answer the question, what are the steps for the transfer of assets and what were the rules for it? According to this text, everyone had the right to give something of their property to someone. In the first step, the person expressed his desire to transfer, and the so-called declaration of ownership. Then, the asset was taken out of the custodian's possession and given to the recipient; But the condition of the final ownership was that the recipient would accept and declare that he had accepted the asset. This had to be carefully explained and recorded, and in that case the transfer and acceptance was completely legal.
