بررسي جايگاه حوزه مطالعات انقلاب اسلامي در نظام آموزش عالي ايران

The Position of Islamic Revolution Studies in Iranian Higher Education System

نظام تعليم و تربيت در هر جامعه اي از اركان مهم آن جامعه محسوب مي شود. بعد از انقلاب اسلامي ايران در سال 1357، نظام تعليم و تربيت ايران متناسب با اهداف و آرمان هاي انقلاب اسلامي دچار تغيير و تحول شده و به نوبه خود از اهميت و جايگاه ويژه اي در جامعه برخوردار است. اين مقاله به دنبال شناخت جايگاه حوزه مطالعات انقلاب اسلامي در نظام آموزش عالي ايران و در پي پاسخ به اين سوال اصلي است كه اين حوزه مطالعاتي چه جايگاهي در نظام آموزش عالي ايران دارد؟ براي پاسخ به اين سوال و سوال هاي فرعي مربوط تلاش شده است از روش كيفي تحليل اسنادي استفاده شود. براي جمع آوري داده ها از منابع مختلف از ابزار فيش برداري بهره گرفته شده است. بر اساس يافته هاي تحقيق ابتدا به نهادها و ساختارهاي كلان متصدي در حوزه مطالعات انقلاب اسلامي نظير شوراي عالي انقلاب فرهنگي، نهاد مقام معظم رهبري در دانشگاه ها و وزارت علوم، تحقيقات و فناوري اشاره شده است. سپس قوانين و سياست گذاري هاي كلان نظام آموزشي كشور مثل سند چشم انداز جمهوري اسلامي ايران، سياست هاي ابلاغي مقام معظم رهبري، نقشه جامع علمي كشور، قانون برنامه پنجم توسعه و سند تحول بنيادين كشور دراين باره مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در ادامه در ارتباط با ساختارها و تشكيلات آموزشي و پژوهشي مرتبط با فعاليت هاي حوزه مطالعات انقلاب اسلامي، به مصاديقي از دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزشي و پژوهشي اشاره شده است. در انتها برنامه ها و رشته هاي آموزشي مقاطع تحصيلي كارشناسي، كارشناسي ارشد و دكتري و همچنين برخي فعاليت هاي پژوهشي حوزه مطالعات انقلاب اسلامي مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است.

The education system in every society is one of the most important pillars of that society. After the Islamic Revolution, the education system of Iran has changed. This article seeks to understand the position of Islamic Revolution Studies in Iranian higher education system and to answer the main question of what position does this field of study have in Iranian higher education system? To answer this question, the qualitative method of document analysis has been attempted. Fishery tools were used to collect data from various sources. Based on the findings of the research, the major institutions and structures involved in Islamic Revolution studies such as the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, the supreme leadership institution in universities and the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, are first mentioned. Then the laws and policies of the major educational system of the country, such as the visionary vision of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the policies of the Supreme Leader, the comprehensive scientific plan of the country, the Fifth Development Plan Act and the fundamental reform document of the country are discussed. Following is a list of universities and educational institutions and institutes related to the activities of the Islamic Revolution's studies in the field of education and research. Finally, the curricula and courses of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral studies as well as some research activities in the field of Islamic Revolution studies have been studied.
