چكيده فارسي :
توليد و گسترش قدرت در عرصه نظامي با محوريت راهبرد توسعه موشكي در دوران پساجنگ تحميلي در دستور كار سياست‌گذاران دفاعي - امنيتي ايران قرار گرفت. سؤالي كه مطرح مي‌شود اين است كه تسليحات موشكي واجد چه امتيازات و مزايايي هستند كه در بين وجوه مختلف قدرت نظامي، موشك‌ها به‌عنوان نقطه ثقلِ توسعه قدرت توسط ايران انتخاب شد؟ بنابراين هدف پژوهش حاضر؛ تشريح ويژگي‌هاي راهبردي و قدرت بازدارندگي تسليحات موشكي با تمركز بر جمهوري‌اسلامي‌ايران است. روش پژوهش تحليلي - توصيفي و منابع گردآوري اطلاعات به‌شيوه كتابخانه‌اي است. در پاسخ به سؤال اصلي، فرضيه‌اي كه مطرح مي‌شود اين است كه موشك‌ها با دارا بودن ويژگي‌هاي راهبردي هشت‌گانه درنهايت بهترين گزينه براي كشوري همچون ايران با ويژگي‌هاي ژئوپليتيكي خود است، چرا كه اين امر منجر به توليد و توسعه قدرت نظامي به‌منظور نيل به بازدارندگي و موازنه‌سازي دربرابر دشمنان و رقباي خود است، اين اهميت زماني دوچندان مي‌شود كه اساساً ايران در محيطي به‌شدت امنيتي قرارگرفته‌است. نتايج حاصل از تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد، تسليحات و سامانه‌هاي موشكي با ويژگي‌هاي عدم وجود پدافند مؤثر، قابليت حمل سلاح‌هاي كشتارجمعي، كمك به فرايند انقلاب در نگرش به امور نظامي، افزايش اعتبار بين‌المللي، تثبيت و تقويت مؤلفه عمق راهبردي، امتيازات فني، آسيب‌پذيري قدرت‌هاي بزرگ و پيشبرد برنامه‌هاي فضايي بهترين تسليحات درجهت ايجاد بازدارندگي و موازنه دربرابر رقبا ازسوي ايران محسوب مي‌شوند.
چكيده لاتين :
The production and expansion of power in the military arena, focusing on the missile development strategy in the post-war period, was on Iran's defense and security policymakers' agenda. The question that arises is the advantages and benefits of missile weapons. Among the various aspects of military power, missiles were chosen as the center of gravity of power development by Iran? Hence, the purpose of the present study; explain the strategic features and deterrent power of missile weapons with a focus on the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research method is analytical-descriptive, and the sources of information collection are library methods. The hypothesis is that missiles with eight strategic features are ultimately the best option for a country like Iran with its geopolitical features, as this leads to the production and development of military power to achieve deterrence balancing against its enemies and rivals. The importance of this issue is more since Iran is basically in a highly insecure region. The results of the study show that arms and missile systems with the characteristics of lack of adequate defense, the ability to carry weapons of mass destruction, assist the revolutionary process in the attitude to military affairs, increase international prestige, stabilize and strengthen the strategic depth component, technical advantages, vulnerability of major powers and advancing space programs are the best means to create deterrence and balance against competitors on the part of Iran.
