نقش سازمان‌هاي مردم نهاد در جامعه پذيري سياسي زنان سرپرست خانواده (با تاكيد بر استان آذربايجان شرقي)

The role of non-governmental organizations in the political socialization of women heads of households (with emphasis on East Azerbaijan province)

نگرش و مشاركت سياسي (به عنوان ابعاد جامعه پذيري سياسي) زنان، نقش بسزايي در توسعه و نوسازي هر كشوري دارد. در اين ميان استفاده از ظرفيت و پتانسيل سازمان هاي مردم نهاد (سمن ها) مي تواند يكي از راه هاي بهبود مشاركت و جامعه پذيري سياسي زنان باشد. براين اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش سازمان هاي مردم نهاد در جامعه پذيري سياسي زنان سرپرست خانواده (باتاكيد براستان آذربايجان شرقي) تدوين شده است. پژوهش از نوع توصيفي همبستگي و از نظر روش اجرا، پيمايشي است. جامعه اماري پژوهش كليه زنان سرپرست خانوار عضو سمن هاي فعال در حوزه زنان استان آذربايجان شرقي بودند كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده و تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار آماري Spss انجام شده است. نتايج نشان داد كه سازمان هاي مردم نهاد در جامعه پذيري سياسي زنان سرپرست خانواده استان آذربايجان شرقي نقش مثبت و معنادار داشته اند. در جمع بندي كلي مي توان گفت سمن هاي فعال در حوزه حمايت از زنان سرپرست خانوار مي توانند نقش تاثيرگذاري در افزايش توانمندي هاي زنان و در نتيجه جامعه پذيري سياسي زنان و در نتيجه افزايش مشاركت سياسي آنان داشته باشند.

Women's political attitudes and participation (as dimensions of political socialization) play an important role in the development and modernization of any country. Meanwhile, using the capacity and potential of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) can be one of the ways to improve women's participation and political socialization. Based on this, the present study has been compiled with the aim of investigating the role of non-governmental organizations in the political socialization of female-headed households (with emphasis on East Azerbaijan Province). The research is descriptive-correlational and in terms of implementation method, it is a survey. The statistical population of the study was all women heads of households who were members of active groups in the field of women in East Azerbaijan province. Using Cochran's formula, 384 people were selected as a sample. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and data analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software. The results showed that NGOs have played a positive and significant role in the political socialization of women heads of households in East Azerbaijan province. In summary, it can be said that active groups in the field of support for women heads of households can play an effective role in increasing the capabilities of women and as a result of women's political socialization and thus increase their political participation.
