Criminology Affects Children and Adolescents against Law

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر اين بود كه يكي از ريشه هاي احتمالي وقوع رفتارهاي معارض با قانون اطفال و نوجوانان كه مي تواند آثار سينمايي باشد مورد بررسي واقع شود روش روش تحقيق در پژوهش انجام شده « توصيفي تحليلي» بود كه از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه اي و با بررسي متون مربوطه و محتواي مطالب گردآوري شده به توصيف و تشريح موضوع اصلي پرداخته شد ؛ جامعه آماري و حجم نمونه در پژوهش حاضر سه گروه از افراد بودند؛ گروه نخست تعداد 100 نفر از متخصصين حوزه هاي گوناگون علوم انساني از جمله روانشناسان، قضات محاكم كيفري، وكلاي دادگستري، ضابطان قضايي، جامعه شناسان و...؛ گروه دوم تعداد 50 نفر از مددجويان پسر مقيم در كانون اصلاح و تربيت؛ گروه سوم تعداد 50 نفر از اطفال و نوجوانان شاغل به تحصيل در خارج از كانون اصلاح و تربيت به عنوان نمونه عادي (بدون سابقه حضور در كانون اصلاح و تربيت). شيوه انتخاب نمونه به طور تصادفي و با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده به گونه اي كه همه افراد جامعه آماري شانس مساوي داشتند، صورت پذيرفت. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. پرسشنامه هاي تكميلي با نرم افزار SPSS تحليل و با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون (Pearson Correlation Coefficient) ميزان همبستگي بين جرايم اطفال و نوجوانان با برخي متغييرها نشان داده شد. يافته ها نتايج حاصل از پيوهش نشان داد اطفال و نوجوانان از آثار سينمايي الگوبرداري نموده و از طريق يادگيري مشاهده اي (Observational Learning)، يعني يادگيري از راه مشاهده رفتار افراد ديگر و ملاحظه پيامدهاي آن رفتار به رفتارهاي معارض قانون مبادرت مي ورزند. همچنين رابطه معناداري بين تماشاي آثار سينمايي و رفتارهاي معارض قانون قابل مشاهده است. نتيجه گيري ژانرهاي جنايي بيشترين تاثيرگذاري بر اطفال و نوجوان در بروز رفتارهاي مجرمانه عليه اشخاص و اموال را دارد.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the possible roots of the occurrence of behaviors contrary to the law of children and adolescents, which could be cinematic works. Methodology: The research method in the research was "descriptive-analytical" which through library studies and by reviewing the relevant texts and the content of the collected materials to describe and explain the main subject; The statistical population and sample size in the present study were three groups of individuals; The first group consists of 100 specialists in various fields of humanities, including psychologists, judges of criminal courts, lawyers, judicial officers, sociologists, etc; The second group consisted of 50 male clients residing in the correctional center; The third group consists of 50 children and adolescents working outside the correctional center as a normal sample (without a history of attending the correctional center). The sampling method was randomly and with simple random sampling method so that all members of the statistical community had equal chances. The instrument used in the present study was a researcher-made questionnaire. Supplementary questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS software and the degree of correlation between juvenile delinquency with some variables was shown using Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Result: The results of the study showed that children and adolescents imitate cinematic works and through observational learning, that is, learning by observing the behavior of other people and observing the consequences of that behavior, engage in behaviors that are against the law. There was also a significant relationship between watching movies and anti-law behaviors. Conclusion: According to the research findings, criminal genres have the greatest impact on children and adolescents in the occurrence of criminal behaviors against persons and property
