طراحي مدل موانع ازدواج معلولين در ايران با رويكرد مدلسازي ساختاري تفسيري

Development Model for Barrier of Disabled Married in Iran: A Structural Interpretative Modeling Approach

امروزه با توجه به آمار رو به افزايش معلولين بررسي مسائل مربوط به آنان مورد توجه جهاني قرار گرفته است، چرا كه توانمندسازي و ارتقاء كيفيت زندگي معلولين مي‌تواند عامل موثري نيز در بهبود شاخصه‌هاي رشد و توسعه جوامع باشد. در اين ميان برخي نيازهاي معلولين نيازمند نگاه خاص و برنامه‌ريزي ويژه است كه از آن جمله مي‌توان ازدواج و تشكيل خانواده معلولين را نام برد. هدف: با توجه به ضرورت ازدواج اين قشر هدف از تحقيق پيش‌رو تعيين متغيرهاي مؤثر و موانع ازدواج معلولين و دستيابي به مدل اين عوامل در جهت برنامه‌ريزي و اقدام مؤثر در اين حوزه است. روش: براي دستيابي به اين متغيرها از تحقيقات پيشين و مصاحبه از چهار گروه معلول، خانواده معلول، مسئولين مراكز و متخصصين استفاده شده است، روش مورد استفاده براي تحليل روابط بين متغيرها، مدلسازي ساختاري تفسيري ISM است كه ميزان اثرگذاري و اثرپذيري متغيرها بر يكديگر نيز با استفاده از تحليل MICMAC در آن مشخص گرديد. يافته ها: يافته هاي حاصل از تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه عوامل نوع و شدت معلوليت تأثيرگذارترين متغيرهاي مدل به دست آمده هستند كه پس از آن نوع نگرش جامعه به معلوليت و فقدان سازوكارهاي سازماني و قانوني نيز عامل مهمي در رفع موانع ازدواج معلولين مي‌باشد. نتيجه گيري: بنابر نتايج ضروري است كه چالش‌هاي حاصل از موانع ذكر شده با اولويت آموزش و پيشگيري و اصلاح نگرش و اقدام در حوزه سياست گذاري‌هاي صحيح رفع گردد.

Nowadays, due to the increasing number of people with disabilities, the study of issues related to them has received worldwide attention, because empowering and promoting the quality of life of people with disabilities can be an effective factor in improving the growth and development indicators of societies. Some of the needs of people with disabilities, however, require special consideration and special planning, such as marriage and family formation. Objective: Considering the necessity of marriage in this group, the aim of this study is to determine the effective variables and barriers of marriage for persons with disabilities and to obtain a model of these factors in order to plan and act effectively in this field. Method: Previous research and interviews with four groups of disabilities, disabled families, center officials and specialists have been used to obtain these variables. The method used for analyzing the relationships between variables is ISM's interpretive structural modeling that measures the effectiveness and effectiveness of the variables on each other. It was also determined using MICMAC analysis. Results: Findings show that the factors affecting the type and severity of disability are the most influential variables in the model. Then, the type of society's attitude towards disability and lack of organizational and legal mechanisms are also important factors in removing barriers to marriage. Conclusion: According to the results, it is necessary to address the challenges of the mentioned barriers with priority of education, prevention and reform of attitude and action in the field of sound policies.
